Tru Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning

Tru Comfort is by far the best AC contractor I have ever used. Competitive pricing, no pressure to get on some crazy maintenance plan. They actually saved us a total of $7,000, really $12,000 total if you count the fact that the Home Warranty would have never paid as much as the other contractor was asking for a replacement unit.

Braden and Dylan installed a Bryant furnace with an air scrubber. They helped us decide what we needed, was within our budget with the features we needed. They were punctual, and installed the furnace the day after the estimate. I highly recommend this company.

Our A/C compressor blew out in the hottest part of summer. The unit, as well as the furnace, was over 15 years old and in need of replacement. I called one of the big names in town (Sierra Air), but they could not get out to check it for about 4 days. Well the weather was miserable and I checked around and found Tru Comfort. They had very good reviews, so I gave them a call. They were very responsive and came to assess the system the next day. I spoke with Dillan. He is very professional and does not have a sales pitch, just an honest assessment with no pressure. He gave me a good quote (based on my internet research, but I'm no expert) for the work to be done. He fully explained what was needed, what work was to be done, and the warranty on the equipment. I scheduled for work and they were able to get everything done in a quick timeframe.
I want to say that Dillan and his team are professional and polite. They were respectful of my home and my pets (they needed enter the home a few times), and my time and money! They arrived on time (and notified me via text when they were on the way) and the job was completed in the time they said. They did a great job and the A/C works great. He is coming back to follow up in a few months to re-check everything, change some air filters, and make sure the heating unit is working ideally as well. This is all included in their service.
The only negative that I would say is that I found about a dozen sheet metal screws on the garage floor and A/C pad left behind by the crew. I know this is not uncommon with the trades, but one of those screws could easily end up in a tire. They should take a couple minutes and go over everything with a Shop Vac and make the area as if they had never been there. Anyway, I did that and I'm just being picky, but it is a small complaint.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with Tru Comfort and Dillan. I'm hoping to have zero issues in the years to come. Time will tell, but so far so good!

It was a very positive experience. Dillan and Braden were very polite and efficient. I felt like these guys were there to do the job in an efficient and timeley manner. Would like to reccomend them to anyone in the heating air problems. Go guys.

I would recommend. After someone else came out, I wasn’t feeling too comfortable with what they were telling me. Did a little research and found Tru Comfort. I believe he was very honest about what was wrong. I had them fix it. It’s really hard trying to find somebody that is honest. I got a fair price for services rendered.

Dillan is amazing! He has gone above and beyond for us!! He was here on time gave us a great quote, and still to this dat even though he has been paid in full is still helping us get our reimbursement back from our insurance company.
