We were in a heat wave last summer and, of course, our A/C went out. Even though he was super busy, Dillan come over and saved the day. Super professional, friendly and responsive!
These guys left a note on my car at Home depot on S. Virginia in Reno because I was parked in the trailer parking area. Really unprofessional. I have been trying to reach out to the company privately to inform them but have been unable to reach anyone.
Maybe next time don't leave notes that HVAC stuff written all over it while you are parked right next to the two cars you left notes on. I hope the other guy posts here too because I wasn't the only who had to come out to see this.
I could have lived with just a note, but the derogatory words is uncalled for in this day and age.
My heater went out sometime in the night. My house got down to 53*. I called many of the “24 hour” companies. Only Tru Comfort answered their phone. It was 6:51 in the morning and Tamisha (the customer service agent) got me an appointment between 7-9 am that day! Thank you so much!
My only complaint is that it took several calls to get them to contact me following the initial visit. Once they made contact, they were wonderful—dependable, efficient, friendly and competent. It feels so good to be warm again, after my heat being out for nearly four weeks!
Three days before in-laws are due to arrive in what could be 90-100 degree days, and our air conditioner (only three years old) stops working! Scrambled to find warranty information. Called this company to get the unit looked at. Within 24 hours they had assessed the issue, identified the problem, handled the warranty processing and two days later we were ready to welcome some VIP guests into our house! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to Dillan and Brandon, awesome work. p.s. There's no way these guys left a note like the one star commenter accused them of (with a high degree conjecture at that!). They just were way too polite to be those types of people.
