You can tell they have a passion for doing good work and doing things right.
I’ve talked to the owner himself and he is a genuine guy who is passionate about seeing things done right.
He helped me so much when my air conditioner broke in the heat of summer.

Dylan saved us! Our AC decided to go out right as the temperatures got high and we spent days trying to get a tech from another company over to even look at it. After rescheduling 3 times and not responding we decided to reach out to Tru Comfort and Heating and Air Conditioning.

The scheduling was quick and easy, we were able to get on the schedule next day for late afternoon but Dylan was able to come first thing in the morning! He fixed the ac in minutes, I couldn’t be happier.

We used Tru Comfort to replace our central HVAC system with a heat pump. Their proposal included top of the line equipment at a very competitive price. They were able to answer all of my questions regarding the equipment, installation, warranties, etc. The installation crew was efficient and professional. The system is now up and running, and performing per my expectations. My experience with Tru Comfort has been extremely positive and I would recommend them to anyone seeking HVAC work.

The team was very professional, responsive, fair, and they truly seem to care about their customers. Equipment is great for the value. There was no scam/pressure to sign onto contractual maintenance which is rare in Reno.

Tru Comfort offers affordable prices and quality work. After seeing how caring and hard working they are, I scheduled a duct cleaning. Braden did a great job. He was extremely thorough and precise. 10/10 would recommend to others.

Furnace preventative maintenance -
As a Realtor, I ordered a tune-up and cleaning of the Furnace on a property that I have listed.
The technician Blake was on time, extremely professional and pleasant. He explained everything as he was testing, cleaning and going through the unit.
I called Tru Comfort on a whim, last minute and was very pleased that they not only had time, but were so efficient!

Dylan was incredibly kind, caring, and helpful when I called in an emergency after another local company installed our AC and said they couldn't come back after the unit they installed continued to push hot air into our home, heating it exponentially. I called Tru Comfort for emergency service, and Dylan immediately responded and walked me through a temporary solution to get us through the night. I will use this company in a heartbeat for repairs and servicing the future.

I have used this company to replace my 29 year old heating system over a year ago and now my 30 year old air conditioning unit. I have had excellent service with them. They are prompt, professional do what they’ve say when they saw. No hassle and worrying about anything. Great prices as well.
