Dillon and his crew installed a new furnace for me last November. I just needed them to come and set the thermostat for summer and show me how to do it in the future. Great service and they're extremely responsive and helpful. GREAT COMPANY !

Our business A/C went out on Tuesday. I called Tru Comfort on Wednesday morning and they came out the same day. After a complete diagnostic on the 20 year old system, it was determined to be non-repairable. Of course I called for a second and third opinion and received the same results. Tru Comfort gave me the best price by $4,000 less than the other guys, and they installed a Quality Rheem system, and not the contractors grade, it was a one of Rheems best. The unit was installed on Friday, first thing in the morning and we had air in grooming for our employee's, dogs, and customers by 10:00 a.m. These guys are AWESOME!!! Thank you Dillan and to your very professional crew.

Highly recommend!!! We woke up to a cold house, furnace not working. I searched online and did the Home Advisor search. Dillan and his team (Branden and Blake, I believe) at Tru Comfort called me back immediately and said they could be here in an hour or so. [One company - RenoHVAC - wanted to charge me $180 just to look at it! Screw that. So, Dillan, and team assessed the situation, told me my options, we agreed that the furnace needed to be replaced, they had it in stock, they came over this morning, installed it, it works great, affordable price and everything happened within 24 hours of discovering the problem. I HIGHLY recommend Tru Comfort!!! We will use them for any future HVAC needs!

I was such a pleasure to work with Braden and his partner at Tru Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning. My furnace went out sometime Friday night and I had no heat for the entire weekend. I called half a dozen companies that indicated on their websites that they did emergency calls. None could or would come out on the weekend.

Only Tru Comfort talked to me and gave me an early Monday morning appointment. Braden called me when they arrived, examined my furnace, advised me of what they thought was wrong with it and, due to the advanced age of my furnace and the fact that the recommended repair might or might not correct the problem, I decided to have a new furnace installed.

My regular HVAC company said they couldn't install a new furnace for 4 days. Tru Comfort installed a new one that very morning! I had been freezing all weekend and was worried about my pipes freezing even though I had purchased two electric heaters to keep them warm. No way was I going to wait 4 more days to finally get warm.

Braden was professional, courteous, honest and helpful. He sent me estimates, invoices and receipts by email very quickly and by just past noon, I had a new furnace and a thermostat I really like, plus all the pertinent paperwork. They left the area around the furnace neat and clean. I couldn't be happier with this company and their personnel. I highly recommend them. I would definitely hire them again.

Blake and Braden were amazing! Always fast, polite and very clean cut. They answer all questions and if a malfunction happens they came right out to fix it. Will HIGHLY recommend this businesses.
