Great customer service and knowledgeable techs. First called them back of March 2022 to inspect my furnace due to an odor coming from my garage. They took a borescope and showed me the crack on the pipe where the leak was coming from. They sent me a quote for a replacement and figured I wouldn’t need it till winter, so I held off. January 2023 Shopped around with other HVAC companies and was a bit higher. Called Paul’s and they honored the original quote, also offer military discount and finance options. Would definitely recommend this company.

Paul's was incredibly professional and in and out with the fixes needed! They were also great communicating leading up to my appointment to make sure I knew when they were on the way over. Highly recommend!

Replaced our motor to the a/c. James came out to see what was wrong and figured out it was the motor. He made a few calls and within the hour got a new motor and Installed it.He did a great job and was very fast. Thank you for such a great service!

Tech Edson cleaned our water heater fast enough until a broken part was discovered. He’s a young polite man but showed professionalism of an expert. Special kudos to Josh who was extremely helpful and very professional during and each and every phone conversation!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! We had a propane system replaced because the one installed just 6 years ago by another local company was a complete disaster. There were so many things wrong with the previous installation (including a carbon monoxide leak!!!), we had to use space heaters most of the time. Zane from Paul's, and the entire crew were amazing from start to finish. They were punctual, professional, and installed the system with perfection! And, they took the time to explain enduring in layman's terms so we could understand what needed to be done. I can't say enough good things about the crew who took care of this massive project, but it was worth double the price they charged, without a doubt! I'll use Paul's every single time in the future!

Robert and Oscar were very professional. They got to our house super fast and had us back up in running in no time. I appreciate how they took the time to show me what was wrong with our heater, and helpful tips to look for in the future. I Can't say enough good things about their level of service. Zane was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They were very careful with my property and went above and beyond with the instal and ascetics of the finished work. And my dogs liked them.

The service technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. They were happy to explain and prove the reason for the repair they were recommending. They showed up within the arrival time frame and performed the service in a timely manner.

We called Pauls Heating and Air to inquire about a large project we needed estimation for HVAC work to be installed. The receptionist Jasmine interrupted the owner mid sentence to place him on hold. This was the rudest interaction we have ever experienced in reaching out to work with another firm.
