    We have used Paul’s Plumbing a few times. Their customer service is always incredible! Both on the phone with scheduling and then also the technician that comes to the house. Their text and email appointment reminders are very helpful and I like it that they use updated technology. They even have an app! Their prices are fair. I will continue to use them in the future and I would definitely recommend them!

    Paul's was able to get out and give me a quote very quickly and was able to install AC
    System in 13 days. Guys that installed were very nice. Did a great job.

    Our AC broke while we were out of town and when we got home it was 90 degrees in our house. We called three companies to get quotes on a new AC. Paul’s was by far the least expensive for the exact same unit the others quotes us for and they were able to install within in 2 days. The gentlemen that came to the house were friendly, professional, and skilled. I highly recommend Paul’s for any of your heating or AC needs.

    Furnace went out, not a good thing these cold nights. Paul's was able to send out a tech within an hour and Chris was at our door in no time. Chris was professional and efficient. He went right to work, figured out what was wrong within a couple minutes, showed us where it was cracked, got a replacement part from his vehicle, then replaced it. He was in and out in less than half an hour. We were quite impressed.

    Highly recommend Paul's if you have any issues with your plumbing, heating and/or air conditioning.

    Awesome locally owned business! I noticed my hot water heater was leaking, so I called Paul's immediately that afternoon. They had a technician come out the next morning. The tech Thomas presented himself extremely professional and articulate. I felt he gave us a thorough evaluation and explanation, recommendations, and a very fair quote to replace it. Thomas also checked for warranty on our old unit. They completed the unit replacement the same day, in only 2 hours. The upgraded system looks and performs incredible! EXCELLENT experience and outcome to a bad situation. I highly recommend Pauls

    Incredible response time, great tech (you rock, Dillan!) and my problem was fixed literally in less than an hour of my calling the company! So nice to have my A/C working. Their diagnostic price was higher than another company I called, but that company couldn't service me until the next day. My $99 was applied to the cost of replacement part/service so, for me, it was all very worth it.

    They came the same day to look our ac when it stopped working. Our house was 92! They addressed the problem and came out the next day to fix it. They also educated my husband on how to clean the main unit in the future. They were affordable and timely. We appreciate their help!

    Where do I start... I had made an appointment 2 weeks ago and needed some repairs from an inspection report completed. The lady that does the appointments scheduled me and I asked her/Beathany to ensure to check the report and photos to ensure the tasks can be repaired and completed at that time she gave me an email to send. I'm also living 4 hours away trying to sell this home and coordinate these repairs. Well the appointment comes 3 guys come out and literally state nothing needs to be repaired after they crawled around underneath the house.( I will attach photos in this review of those repairs needed. And you make your own decision if no repairs are needed). I then tried to get ahold of the guys to stress there is repairs and they didn't call me nothing just left. I then had to reschedule my appointment with Bethany which then she gave me a different email to send the photos for review. Again to ensure they could be completed. Never heard anything stating they could not be done. So my appointment was today 12/10 and the tec Tristan comes out very nice. Calls me asks what needs to be done. I said uhh you didn't review photos with bethany? He says no...
    I set him photos and inspection report so he was clear on what to do. Welp looks like he can't do two out of the 3 ducting repairs. And he literally lifted the ducting with some sort of zip ties for 200 bucks. I
    paid because I'm not that type but if you want "chuck in the truck service" call this company. I usually don't
    have these issues with businesses but wow. So needless to say work was not done and what was
    done was incorrect so I'm out 200 bucks and have to
    find someone else to do the work correctly. Thanks
    Paul's heating for no help. If you couldn't do it
    correctly you shouldn't have charged me.
