Paul's Heating and Air Conditioning

We had so much trouble with the previous company we worked nwithbyo maintain our commercial heating/AC units. Paul's repsonded to my inquiry right away and had an estimate ready to go in less than 24 hours. The technicians were prompt, professional, and honest.

Trysten, the technician, was competent, personable and fast. He also advised on a fix for a problem I am having with cooling & heating on the second floor and is sending me a proposal. There is a reason why Paul's has been around since 1957, they are not the "low cost" alternative, they are the trained professionals. I have used three different HVAC companies in the twenty years I have been in Reno but I will use Paul's going forward.

Had them come out for our AC not cooling. They looked at it and determined that the condensors were going out and needed to be replaced. Also, said the unit was pretty old and should just look into buying a new unit. Asked a buddy to come look at it. He saw they had left off a cap for the Schrader valve on the low pressure side. The code also said it was a low pressure issue. Called another company and they found leaks in the line. Fixed the leaks, refilled the refrigerant and it is working great again. Also, asked for paperwork to show maintenance completed and have just been totally blown off. Am telling everyone i know to stay away from them.

It is unusual to be excited about getting your air conditioning fixed.
