Paul's was very good at letting us know when they were coming and it was a specific time and not a 4 hour "window". Robert explained what he had tested and what things to watch for. Checked out the attic unit including checking the amount of insulation in the attic.

They did a fantastic job. The technician was friendly and even arrived early. The price was reasonable. Paul's will be my go to company for all my home's HVAC needs.

Paul’s replaced a 27yo HVAC system in our home. They were professional, knowledgeable, and able to solve problems without compromising the desired specifications of the system that was quoted in the bid.

We hired them to service our AC unit. A person came in to check the unit and find out why it was not working for a short period of time. After about 3-4 minutes, I went back to check on the progress and found that he had left our office. There was no sign of him in the parking lot. I was confused as to what the resolution was. We received a bill in the mail in a few weeks. We will not use this service again.

Dillon came in and took charge of an unfinished drain pump install AND a warranty compressor replacement on our new splits, while we were in the middle on the house, and got everything completed and checked out in time for our inspection. Grateful to Paul's for coming through in a pinch and making the process painless, five stars!

They came and told me there was an issue with te heater and would get back to me when they could get parts. Never called back. Never got parts. Heater still doesn't work. Had Hawthorne come look at it and it is installed incorrectly causing part of the unit to burn out. Was I stalled by Paul's 18 months ago.

Called to set up an appt. to fix plumbing issue. They set up an appt. for the next day, but got a cancellation and showed up within a 1/2 hour of my call. Gave me a quote, fixed my issue, all said in done in an hours time. Highly recommend. Be sure to print the 10% off service discount on their website.

Lovely young men that listened to my questions and inspected my system. Gave me good answers, very polite and professional

They installed a new HVAC unit and while doung so, my techs discovered my hot water heater was leaking and was not up to code. They did all i needed in 1.25 days. Very happy with this installation

Less than 1 star!! Wow can’t believe how inexperienced the the tech was today, came in and in less than 5 minutes told me I needed a new furnace that would cost us over $3000. Called for a second opinion from and the part and labor cost us less than $200. Thieves never again!!!!
