Went on line and found Paul’s. I got an immediate call back, without question the most professional service and follow up. Their technician Robert took the time to explain possible issues. Fixed the problem and then rechecked everything again to make sure it was working

May 25, spring A C tune up time. Again excellent service. Was notified when to expect technician and who would be doing the service. As previously posted, if you need heating A C service Paul’s is your go to company

I called for repair work on an aging hot water heater and the next day the company president came out during his lunch hour to get me up and running. I rank the service top notch. Additionally, the quality of work was outstanding. I have used Paul’s in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Beyond impressed with every aspect of service I've experienced with Paul's! Their customer service is outstanding. (I had opportunities to interact with multiple employees, both on the phone and at my house-due to an issue with the old system in my current property.) From the initial service call, estimate for new unit, installation, and follow up with the new system they installed they have exceeded my expectations. Robert (technician) was a particular stand out- extremely knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and willing to answer any questions. Definitely recommend this company.

The overall experience was excellent. The servicemen worked with us to help find a cost effective solution, we’re in time and communication throughout was perfect. We didn’t have to wait for service and quickly had our heat working again. Great value and service from the best HVAC company we have worked with.

The technicians came in and assessed that there was no issue even though my wife and I have lived in this place for two years with no issues and have noticed a significant difference in the performanceof our ac within the last week. Up until a week ago my unit blew out cold air just fine and in fact cooled down my apartment to 72 or lower at times. But now it just stays at the same (83+) temp even though we set it to 70 and they tell me all is well.... The techs left (stupmed by the way the were talking and acting) in a bad mood and told me basically to deal with it.

We worked with Zane to upgrade our home's hvac system which was over 20 years old, as well as install a tankless water heater, also original equipment. We wanted to make sure we didn't get hit with an a/c repair in the middle of the summer so decided to upgrade on our own terms. They also offered a good rate on changing out the water heater - another way they won our business is that they could do both jobs. Out of many bids, Zane seemed the most knowledgable, trustworthy and easy to work with. He did a great job of asking questions to understand what I wanted, explaining the different options, and the pros and cons of different solutions. The work went super smooth, was done in just a few days, and Zane took the extra time to explain how everything works. The water heater is working great. We haven't gotten into the heat of the summer yet so it remains to be seen how well the hvac does, but I'm super pleased to have a modern, highly intelligent and efficient heat pump which should save us dollars in the long run.

The only hiccups were a few miscommunications regarding the final price. This was a learning for me to make sure there's no ambiguities and everything is written out in the bid. However, the president of the company spoke with me personally and was very reasonable in resolving our issues.

I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade their hvac and/or water heater.
