Bryon was my service tech today. He was on time and listened to me explaining my plumbing problems. He knew exactly what needed to be done. Then got to work. I will have him come back and take care of other repairs. Thank You very much.

I would give them a negative number if I could. I called Simply Air to come to my home to help with a slow draining tub. They ran a camera into the sewer line and started pushing that I needed to replace my entire sewer line, which meant digging up all the floors throughout my house. While looking at the drain line in the laundry room (far side of the house) one of the technicians broke the sewer clean-out, which flooded the laundry room. They advised me to call my insurance company and file a claim, which I did. The technician called out a restoration company to cleanup the mess. A week later, knowing that I would not hire them, they gave me a check for the deposit for the replacing of the sewer line. TEN days later Simply Air came out to replace the sewer line clean-out and then the next day sent out someone to replace the cement in the holes that they made. The office manager (wife of the owner) called me and offered me a year of air conditioning maintenance for free as a compensation for the trouble. That does not even come close to covering the insurance deductible that I now have to pay, let alone the increase in the insurance. The restoration company that Simply Air hired were also scammers, in that they charged me almost $5000 for just packing up as storing my belongings, but when I questioned the charges they lowered it to $2500. The company that I did hire to replace my sewer line actually lined the pipes where they could, which saved digging up all my floors. The plumbers also showed me that the Simply Air plumber had installed the wrong pipe as the clean-out access (a “T” versus a “Y” connector). Also, according to the contracts, Simply Air would not cover repairing the floors or walls that are opened up during the process, where the company that I did hire did all the cosmetic repairs even replacing all the tiles in the bathroom.

My technician Aaron Luna has done several plumbing projects for us including PRV valve replacement, water heater replacement and Water Softener replacement in our new home that needed these things updated and replaced. Showed up every time on time or a little early, he is extremely knowledgeable, and works in a timely manner. Was very respectful of our home and property. Definitely would recommend Simply Air for your plumbing and HVAC needs. Prices are definitely competitive and reasonable and they do good, reliable work. Really appreciated our tech and all of his knowledge.

This company is amazing and very professional. The installers were on time and got everything handled in a timely matter. Shout out to Gavin, Brayden, Ari, Israel, Eli, Sam for the new units. Definitely would use this company again.

Our air conditioning unit was not working. Put a call into our landlord and they sent Steve Frederick from Simply Cooling Heating Plumbing. Steve got our a/c up and running. Thank you very much.

Gave these guys a call for problem with my heater. Bobby Garcia came out and told me It would be a quick repair and he got it done quick and had our heater running again. I will continue my business with Simply if every time I get a great experience like with Bobby. Thanks man.

My a/c went out and gave Simply a call. They had someone come out that same day to check out the problem. The very next morning, Dominick installed new equipment and my air was blowing colder then ever before. Excellent service!
