Simply Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing

I had one of my two ac units making a lot of noise. I had 4 companies come out and give me an estimate and I chose Simple Air and Heating. They did a thorough inspection, better than the others. Went with Simple Air for professionalism, customer service, value, and response to installation of unit.
Mike D. and his crew were very thorough and took great care in protecting the inside and outside of the house. Explained in detail on what was done and made sure everything was in order and working with they left. Wanted to thank the crew of Brayden, Ryley, Sam, and Marcus for their work here at my house. Would recommend this company over many others that I have talked to and met during this past week. Thanks again Simply AC!!!!!!!

Simply Air is simply amazing! We had both of our A/C units replaced mid summer last year and they came out immediately. Shawn was so nice, calm, and professional. He just came for a maintenance check and it was super quick, he was right on time, and emphasized that we call if we ever have any questions. Grateful to have found you guys! Highly recommend!

I love this company. I highly recommend them.
They are Friendly. COMPETENT. TRUSTWORTHY. HONEST. Truly go the extra mile to solve a problem to the customer’s (me) satisfaction.
Read the other reviews. You’ll see that I’m one of many happy customers. These guys are the real deal. Joelle scheduling/dispatching on the phone, and Shawn and Mike who did my repair. Excellent attitude and knowledge. I will always call Simply Air Conditioning for my A/C/heating issues.
And they do plumbing as well! I haven’t had a need for a plumber but you can bet they’ll get the call if a need arises.

Gavin and Braden came out and installed a new unit the day after I called. The house is cooling off within 24 hours of me detecting an issue. Hard to complain about that turnaround time.

I am glad that it was Mike V that came today after rescheduling three times because of schedule time mismanagement. Mike was on time within the time frame quoted. I have peace of mind because I know Mike takes care of everything, very thorough and explains the work done in layman’s term. I ask him if I could request for him for every service and he said, yes! He also installed my new water heater last year and did excellent job. He deserve the 5 stars and more.

Samuel, Eli, and Brayden did a fantastic job with fixing the A/C in my home. They kept me informed of the process, cleaned up after the job, and were very respectful of my home. Not to mention the office staff were also nice and a pleasure to speak to. Thank you for making this an easy process and experience.

I called SIMPLY on a Saturday and was able to get someone out the same day. Thank you Richelle! She is not only friendly, but very efficient as well! Great company and crew!

So We want to thank the team at simply air for the amazing response!!! Our AC went out and my husband called and spoke with Becky she was very kind and professional called back when Shawn was on his way it took less then an hour for them to get here from the time we called.. Shawn wad very friendly, professional and polite explaining what was going on with our AC unit.. we could not ask for a better company to take care of our needs .. Thank you again Simply air team.
