Jason and his Team installed two hvac systems. They were professional and knowledgeable. Protected our floors and walls as they removed old equipment and indtalled new equipment. Highly recommend. They stand behind their workmanship and products.

We are very impressed, our ac unit was not blowing out cold air. It was super hot on a Friday night. Jason came over I’m sure after hours and fixed it. We’re Very grateful we didn’t have to go much longer dealing with the Vegas heat. The price of his service can not be beat anywhere in town. Thank you.

I called Passionate Cooling & Heating LLC in the afternoon because my HVAC wasn't working properly, from which cold air wasn't coming out. On the same day, Jason came to check it out & was able to quickly fix it. Prior to that I called another company and the technician recommended to have my whole HVAC replaced that would cost me $16K because it was old. Another option, which he thought wasn't worth it, was to replace parts of my old HVAC, which would cost me $3K-9K. So I took a chance to get a second opinion & looked for another company on Google & found Passionate Cooling & Heating. Wow, Jason, the owner, came out & took the most economical & basic first step approach by replacing an old tiny part that no longer worked from my HVAC to a new one! If it didn't work, he'd go to the next step of troubleshooting. But it only took putting a new tiny part for my HVAC to work again & cost me a little over $200! Thanks to Jason, he saved me thousands of dollars! Jason was honest & "passionate" in fixing my HVAC. The way he did troubleshooting were doing the basics & trying to save his customers like me a lot of money at the same time. I highly recommend Passionate Cooling & Heating because it lives up to its name when fixing my HVAC because of its passionate, excellent & honest service!

Jason was very professional, helpful and you can't go wrong if you choose him! We had our AC go out. I called him late that night and he came out the next day. I couldn't be there due to work but he took the time to patiently explain everything to my wife and guide us through the steps that needed to be done. Thankfully, he identified the problem and we were able to get it up and running that same day he came out. Overall, thankful for his service and that we did not have to change out our entire AC system.
