The technician arrived in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. The problem was identified and repaired within minutes. Air quality tests were made to insure our safety.

I was amazed that the tech did not try to sell us a new system, and more amazed that the cost for the work was more than reasonable!! I highly recommend you call Instant Air for heating and cooling needs!!!

Our front A/C quit on Tuesday night. I called Instant Air at 7:am Wednesday to make an appointment. The girl said they would have someone there between 8:am and 10: am THAT DAY! The tech showed up at around 9:15 and my A/C was up and running before 10:am! He even checked out our other A/C while he was there and only charged us the original diagnostic fee! Highly reccomend them!!

I did a lot of checking on A/C companies before deciding to select Instant Air to replace my A/C unit.
I felt I was quoted a very fair price and appreciated the honest answers I received from Oscar. He wasn't in a big hurry when he came to my house to give me my estimate and he made sure I understood all he told me completely. I'm very pleased with the quality of the installation and clean-up. A couple days after the install, Tony came back and did a few touch-ups to repair some trim marred during the install. They did a very professional job while remaining friendly and polite. I will have them take care of all my preventive maintenance and feel confident I'll remain pleased with their service. I would recommend them to anyone wanting professional quality service.

Tony was awesome he came out late at night. we called numerous 24 hour a/c companies and got voice mail. Someone came out during this heatwave and determined I need an all new hvac system yesterday. Apparently the slightly cool air has been running on just 25dpi left in refrigerant. Was supposed to get a quote sent over first thing this morning from them, per what they told me. Spent the whole day and night with no air and 96 degrees inside. Barely made it through the night alive but don’t know anyone here. Business didn’t get the quote to me or answer their phone/return calls all day. I know it’s busy but people can die right now when it’s 108 outside and today, 99 inside. I also work from home for my job and will now lose days of income. I don’t have a ton of money but understand I’ll have to get an all new system in the condo I just bought in January (seller didn’t disclose this, obviously). I have no answers on a quote, let alone when a system could be put in. Had to go to a hotel for the night and no clue what I’ll do the next several days until another company can just come in for a quote. I can’t survive during this with no air and a fan blowing hot air around. Fearful for my life.**update to say: the 25dpi measurement was also wrong. They said 25 on one side and 0 on the other. The other 2 companies that came out said I had almost 3 of 5 pounds left and one did a recharge and refill on the spot so I didn’t waste another week or no work and hotel fees.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I have 2 young daughters, my youngest is only 8 months old. Our AC went out and before we knew it, it was 100° inside our house at 1:00 AM! I called every "24 hour AC repair" place on Google and no one answered. Not only did this company answer, but they had a technician out to my house in less than an hour. He also had our A/C unit diagnosed and repaired within an hour! Fast and friendly service, I won't go anywhere else. Josh was our technician and he took care of everything.
