Joe and Francisco did a superb job at our home today. Recently, our old 25 year old furnace and AC unit from 1995 broke. We couldn't live through these horrible Las Vegas heat waves. I tried to get the best price as possible. Tony came over and was very professional. He looked at the system and got me a very cheap estimate. I couldn't pay it outright, so I got financed and it was only $95 a month. After that, Francisco and Joe came over the same day and installed a new furnace in the attic, a new thermostat in my hallway, and a new 4 ton AC unit. It was a reasonable wait time as it takes a while to get the old equipment out and the new equipment in. They cleaned and vacuumed the floor. 10/10 service. I will definitely use them again if I have to. Thank you Air Pro Master!

In today's world, it is extremely tough in finding an honest repairman ( or company ), that is there to help fix your problem without trying to gouge you for unneeded repairs or add ons to jack up the bill. But I am happy to say that I have finally found a company that is 100% there to help me first and not their wallets and AIR PRO MASTER is the company that puts their customers first and not their profit line.
This is the second time I have used AIR PRO MASTER for my HVAC needs and they have been outstanding both times. For this time around my technician was GABRIEL SANTOS and even though I called them for a simple summertime checkup on my AC, he was super friendly, extremely informative and just a truly honest guy.
So in conclusion, if you are looking for a great company that will treat you right and make sure you don't spend money on things you don't need, call AIR PRO MASTER and make sure to ask for GABRIEL, a good man with a heart of gold.

I couldn't program my new thermostat even following directions. Unfortunately, neither could the tech support person you sent. He told me it wasn't programmable! But the instructions said it was. The tech couldn't do it. Fortunately, my tenant was home. He was able to read the directions and get it to the programmable part. Then the tech helped me set up the time and temperature. You should have sent someone who knew what he was doing!

I had a dripping faucet in my maser bathroom bath tub. Contacted my home warranty and within a day, someone from Air Pro Master came to repair the leaking faucet. He was professional, quick and thorough. Excellent service.

The company and Oscar Redmond, the tech were great. My issue is with AHS for the botched service call set up and having to rebook for a repair call. It’s a waste of my time and extra effort by all parties.

I love Air Master Pro. We have a service plan with them, and it has been nothing but exceptional, even when I've had to reschedule service appts at the last minute. They've always provided us with exceptional customer service, and the techs that have been to the house are extremely professional and will address any issues or concerns that we may have. I made a claim through my home warranty about a plumbing leak and they were the ones who contracted this company ( apparently they do plumbing in addition to air conditioning which is awesome). The Technician that came was absolutely awesome! He was professional, on time, extremely friendly and explained everything to us so that we could understand. We have had previous plumbers come out and they were rude and stand-offish with an attitude, but Dan was nothing like that. As a matter of fact out of all of the contractors I've had come out since I moved here he is definitely the best! I give it 10 stars!

Final Update: 3/4/2023
My water softener needed replacement so I contacted Tim at Air Pro Masters. Tim came out and 'sold' me on a water conditioning system instead of replacing the water softener (I blame myself for falling for the sales pitch and not doing my normal research). A water conditioner is nothing like a water softener and way more expensive (thousands more). Initially when installed, the system was hooked up backwards and I was getting progressively worse rashes/hives after each shower. We had some sinks/faucets replaced at the same time and each one leaked after install. After multiple return visits, the leaks and water conditioner system were 'fixed'. Not even sure if the system is actually working correctly today though, but at least I don't get the intense hives/rashes anymore! But my skin absolutely HATES it - no matter how much moisturizer I put on, I am still constantly itchy - good times :( I was told the system was guaranteed but after calling when my body was really tripping out (when it was hooked up backwards), I quickly learned that 'guarantee' meant absolutely nothing. I have scheduled the whole system to be removed by another company and have a water softener installed - exactly what I originally asked for and wanted. Overall a bad experience and a VERY expensive lesson for me. Hoping this review helps others to remember: don't fall for sales tactics, do your own research, don't trust any information without verifying things for yourself. I wish I would have never contacted this company again, but that's my mistake, and the only reason for two stars and not one. Lesson learned!!
Update 1/5/2023: Tim reached out to me after seeing this review. He was very adamant to make things right and apologetic for the experience. The fact that a business manager takes immediate action after seeing an unfavorable review, shows he values customer feedback and that is the type of business I want to support. I will absolutely contact them when needed in the future.
Original post 1/3/2023: I had my water heater replaced on 12/29/2020 but it recently started knocking. I did some research and found it may simply need a flush so I called the installation company. Was told a flush would be $150 but that the problem could be with the anode rods and that would cost an additional $185. When I asked about warranty since the unit is just a few days over two years, I was quoted $1700 to replace. I asked how that was possible since the unit/install was $1150 two years ago and response was "prices increased." I understand that everything has increased but a 50% increase seems absurd and false. I called a different company and they are coming out tomorrow to do a diagnostic of the rods and a flush for $49. Also when I asked about cost to replace, it was no where near $1700 (much closer to the Dec 2020 price I paid). I had been happy with this company but if that is their attitude toward repeat customers, I'll just go elsewhere.
