We are so happy with the service and quality that Carls AC offers. GREAT employees, reliable and they get the job done RIGHT, the first time. Other companies in the valley need to follow their excellence. We would NEVER use anyine else for AC or duct work.

Carl's is the only company I've found in Las Vegas/Henderson that will go out of their way to be fair and honest. They could have replaced my HVAC system when all I needed was a $28 dollar relay switch. Their honesty won my business when I did eventually replace my HVAC system, due to age. Plus, John did custom metal fabricating for our new kitchen hood/vent and redesigned/fabricated a duct that held an A/C filter; making it extremely easy to replace the filter...it was genius. I have used three different A.C. companies before I found Carl's and none of their prices, nor service was comparable to Carl's.

Rebuilt my house in 07. Did a piggy back system swamp/ac-heat. All hard duck no flex. Technicians Johnny and Billie are very personable and experienced. Great service. Chris you and your late dad Ed have a great company.

I had Carl's Air Conditioning put in my whole house system on my custom house. They did a 4 zone split system with swamp cooler add on. It was a very complicated install and these guys really know what they are doing. Unlike many contractors in town, this firm does always return phone calls and they had a part that was recalled by the manufacturer and they came out and swapped it out without any inconvenience or cost. Top notch firm. Thanks Carl's!

I called on May 23rd and asked for an estimate to have five mini split units installed. To my surprise they sent someone out same day to take a look at what I needed. It was approaching a holiday weekend so I didn't expect to hear back immediately. I called on the 30th and was told that Chris would call me back. I tried again a couple days later, then a few days after that. Finally I called on June 7th and the receptionist told me that Chris was out to lunch, and could he call me back. I informed her that I had already tried that, numerous times and I am out of patience. That if you don't want to do the work you need to let me know. And that I was at a point of just giving up and leaving reviews about my experience. She said she would call Chris on his cell phone for me. Amazingly Chris called me right back. Chris told me he thought Scott had called me a week ago to tell me they can't do the job. I told him that did not happen, and I had left several messages for him, not Scott, as I was told initially it would be Chris doing the estimate. I expressed that it is unacceptable that he is telling me three weeks later that the work was beyond his capabilities. When I told him I was highly frustrated and was going to leave a review where I had found out about Carl's he stated, "review for what, we didn't do any work, there is nothing to review". I told him I'm highly frustrated and could review my experience. He said, whatever, good luck to you, and hung up. He did not even apologize or take responsibility for his inaction. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

In response to the Chris's response: Chris, Scott told me when he was here that you could do the install of the condensers as requested, that the other company was wrong that I wouldn't need a general contractor, and that I would only have to have power ran. If you wouldn't have hung up on me you would have been able to have a conversation with me and if this was in fact a mistake straightened it out. All I told you is that I would be reviewing you based on my experience. You chose to end that experience with failing to take responsibility, and hanging up on me. Reading your responses to other bad reviews, which I should have done in the first place, I can see that you are not big on taking responsibility.

I have had Carl's out twice; once for my annual A/C service and the other for my heating service. They know I want to hang on to both units for as long as possible . Both techs have been courteous and professional. I found them thru the "Nextdoor" website.

They treated me with respect from the minute I called and talked to Sara who helped me with my situation, everything went as smooth as can be new ac/heater done. Enrique set me up and matt and his crew completed the job with friendliness and professional

I have used Carl’s for all the HVAC needs at three different properties for more than a decade. They are always reliable, fair and honest. I highly recommend them.

Gabriel came out from Carl's A/C to estimate our air conditioners problems. I pretty much knew that the compressor was gone but didn't want to be up sold on a perfectly good air handler in the attic. The concern these days is the change over from R-22 Freon to 410a Puron. If you have a unit that has R-22 the gas is getting harder to find and of course more expensive. Basically what the government is doing is mandating you upgrade your unit when it fails. I was fortunate to find out that the unit in the attic was compatible for both the R-22 and the 410a gasses. This is where Gabriel stepped up to the plate and gave me options. He gave me a price on having both units replaced, upgrading the outside unit to a new 410a Puron device and even gave me a price on replacing just the R-22 compressor. There was no high pressure sales and after the first day of having it installed, it works Great. Two thumbs up to Gabriel and Carl's.

I go in to Carl’s A/C quite often because Cris in the shop will cut, bend and fabricate anything that I need. I do electrical and he makes electrical panel covers for me quite often. Price is always more than fair.
