They got me in fast and gave me honest feedback about my options even if it didn't make them the most money. When I came to pick up my car they remembered me by name even though they've only seen me once! They brought out parts to explain to me what was happening with my car so I could really comprehend. Take your business here! You won't regret it.

Prime performance’s level of skill is EPIC ! Chad who I’m assuming is one of the owners is definitely in the business to take care of customers not to mention really really rediculously hot! ! No job is too small! They went above expectations! Honest and ethical service. Amazing customer service , in-fact so much above that of the common auto repair shop that other repair shops aren't really any competition for prime performance ! Great people, great mechanics, great customer service! Honest and fair. They Looked at several vehicles I was looking to purchase for my 16 daughter, treated me as if they were buying one for their own daughter. Helped me understand what to look at in used vehicles in a language I could understand. Very patient with me. I HIGHLY recommend Prime Performance!!!

If you are looking for honest and skilled auto service this is the place. Chris went into great detail to tell me what could be wrong with my GMC Envoy and then when he had spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem called and explained everything that was needed to me.
I was impressed by so many things these guys did, such as, giving me detailed explanation of what was wrong, using a high-tech scanner to to check my brake problem, knowledge about the issues with my particular make and model of vehicle.
What really impressed me was Chris being such a honest business man. I was fairly certain I need a new catalytic converter. I told Chris I was pretty sure that was one of the problems. He could have told me that I needed that and I would have not questioned it. This is a very expensive part and repair. He ran a test on the converter and found it was okay. I just had a lose heat shield. That proved to me how upstanding these guys are - he could have put a $1,500 repair on the bill and I would have not thought twice about it. But I didn't need it, so he didn't do it. I am willing to bet most shops in town would have put it on and charged me an arm and leg, thinking "the guy said that what was wrong, so we might as well put it on and make some money."
These guys are great. Don't look any place else. Go here. I am thrilled with them. Great service, great priced and they are honest!

I guess I'll be the first to write a review, and then maybe others will follow. This place is an excellent place to take your vehicle. They treat you with respect and they have the best customer service in the area. Any place can work on your car, but they take care of your vehicle like its their own. It is truly family owned and operated. Rob, the owner & operator is an ASE Certified Technician, his wife does all the bookwork, and they have 2 sons, Chad & Chris. Chad graduated from MMI and Chris does all the exhaust work. They have been in business for almost 20 years. Great place.

I have always been impressed by the fast & friendly professional experience & service you get at this establishment. They are ALWAYS straight up with you about what needs to be done to your vehicle. In my lifetime I have been to a bunch of shops in Siouxland and I would say this is at the top of my list of trustworthy places to get your vehicle serviced.

We are from out of town and had called to see if he could get us in today as another mechanic in town said we need our cadilic converter cleaned he said sure he would check it and give us a quote when he looked it over he found one of them was not working at all anymore he gave us a quote and was very informative letting us know it would take a week to get in but that we would be fine to drive it home if needed. He was very nice and I know exactly what's wrong now so I can go home and get it fixed. Thank you Prime Performance we really appreciate it you are a blessing to your profession we need more people willing to be honest and caring in the world I hands down would recommend you and would had the work done by you if we were going to stay here. Pulled in and Chad stopped what he was working on to get a code off my truck. He then explained the issue (which was not an emergency) and everything thing I could do to fix it myself and save money from taking it to a diesel mechanic. Will definitely go back with any problems down the road.
