Prime Performance Auto Repair

I called Prime based on their positive Google reviews. My windshield on vehicle had recently cracked and I had about six lights come on my dashboard. I called Prime and they said they would run diagnostics and told me up front what the cost would be, no hidden fees ect. I got in almost right away. Once diagnostics were done it was determined I needed an ABS module which has to be done at dealership. Prime answered all my questions and were very helpful.

Honda has a back order on part I needed. Prime helped me locate part needed to fix my vehicle. Super grateful there is about a 12 to 18 month backorder on ABS modules. All in all great experience. I highly recommend they are honest and helpful.

Chad is very personable and very transparent with the quote and job details. Worked fast to get me back on the road. Alternator out. Make sure to say hi to his beautiful dobermans Drogo and Athena. The real stars of the shop I highly recommend their service!!!

These guys are great! They worked my daughters car in on a Saturday and did a great job on the repairs for a very fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs. Super customer service as well. Give them a try, you will pleaded with their work.

Chad was especially generous to look at a used Subaru outback that I was about to buy from a car dealership. I showed up without an appointment and he was willing to look it over and give me his approval. I will be using Prime Performance from now on for all my repairs and car maintenance. Very satisfied with the customer service!

After taking my vehicle into another shop and not having any luck, I was hesitant that it was a lost cause.... but then I got recommended to Prime Performance and I’m soooo glad I did! They were very timely about getting back to me and had my car in the very next day!!! And they got my sunroof closed ! I couldn’t be any happier with the service I received!!! These guys are amazing!!! I'm a pilot car driver and my jeep broke down 17 miles from the shop. They arranged a tow truck to come get me. They also made me a priority since I'm from out of town. I called at least 5 other shops and none of them would help me the same day. Ryan and Chris understood that for me to get back on the road is very important to my business. They got me all fixed up in just a couple hours. Thank you so much for helping me!! If I'm in the area and need help I will be seeing them again.

This is the best shop I have ever been to. They take their time checking every detail and charge exactly what they quoted me. I thought I also needed new brakes and they told me I didn't which most shops would just squeeze the money out of you. These guys even noticed my wiper blades were shredded and I knew I needed to change them but the guy threw some on for FREE! Amazing auto shop and I'll never go anywhere else now.

I always take me vehicle to Prime Performance. They do excellent work and i would recommend them to anyone, they have a great family business and are always super professional and take the time to fully explain the issue with my vehicle. Chad and Chris have been working on cars for 10+ years and I would trust them with anything i own!!! Keep up the great work boys!!

I initially was recommended by a guy up the street, to see these guys about some break pads back in 2015. Chad was, and is still, amazing at his trade, and helped simplify what was wrong with it, how much it was (which compared to other places, was exceptionally affordable), how long it'd take, and explained my options, in terms I could grasp, since I'm not the most car-savvy.

Just got done asking for help with a brake line (1/6/17), and was once again, left very pleased. Anytime I have a problem with my truck, or even routine maintenance, I always go here if I can.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Very trustworthy, timely, exceptional work. Friendly crew, and very accommodating; they want to work with you to find the best option for YOU. They don't try to scam ya out of your last penny like other places try to, to meet a "quota"; these guys tell ya like it is.
