Thanks for your help, guys!! The front windshield washer on our (NorthStar Services) company van wasn't working. Another local company didn't want to mess with it, and suggested Prime Performance. So glad that they did. We will definitely be repeat customers!

My son uses this business & we are in Sioux City visiting him & our service engine light came on.They immediately found the problem & put our mind at ease for our drive back to Utah!! THE GENTLEMAN THAT HELPED WAS kind,knowledgeable & DEFINITELY customer service oriented ! No scamming us into something we didn't need!! 5 stars all the way!!!

Great service. Very quick as well. Was in and out within 30 minutes. My muffler was acting funny, they diagnosed it and got me fixed all in the same day! And great pricing as well.

I can not say enough great things about the guys that run this shop. I was home last week for a funeral and my water pump went out on my vehicle. I live in aurora, ne but grew up in SSC. They took my vehicle in no questions asked when 4 other places wouldn't touch it until the next Monday. They even diagnosed my oil leak and repaired that. Three other mechanics in South Central Nebraska couldn't find the problem with the oil leak but they did and fixed it as well. I recommend any and all people to trust these guys with their automotive repairs. Another great touch to the shop is the family photos as you walk in. I can not say enough good things about them. They rank 12 out of 10 on my scale

Best Shop Ever!! I was traveling through. I had to wait 5 days for service, but it was well worth it. I looked at the other shops on both sides of the bridge and they were dirty, lazy shops without any attention to detail, business hours, cleanliness or professionalism. This place was the opposite. It's been a couple years of travel for me now and the owner here was the best work I've had done anywhere in the US. It has been 1 1/2 years since I got work done there and never did my review. Everytime I had to go to another place, I wished I could go back to this shop. I never had to wonder if he'd taken care of the problem or not. And, unlike others he set an appointment to do the work and got it done while I waited- none of that "just leave it" baloney. The BEST SHOP EVER!!! My old red Yukon is gone now after covering much of the US, But Thanks so much for eliminating much of the grief I usually get from people who don't know what they are doing. It matters.

Stopped in without an appointment because I had to travel and needed headlight replaced. They were willing to stop what they were doing to help me out. The dealer wanted my car all day. It was awesome customer service and they have gained my future business as a result.

I was traveling through the area when my shifter cable broke. I had read the good reviews and decided to drive straight there while i could. It was early in the morning, and Chad went out of his way to help me out. They had the part in and repaired in barely any time at all, and he gave me a fair price. Its hard to find a good honest mechanic these days, but Chad is one. The people of Sioux City are lucky to have him. Swift friendly service. Had my truck inspected and the problem repaired (brakes) in a couple days. Knowledgeable and experienced mechanics. Explained the repair in detail, so I wasn't left wondering, what they did. Would definitely repeat my business with these guys!

They were very helpful in diagnosing a strange noise our car was making. We were driving on a road trip, so we were thankful that they were able to look at our vehicle. They didn’t have the particular part we needed in stock, but they did everything they could to point us in the right direction, naming several alternative shops that may have the part.
