Chad was great! I took my car in a few weeks ago, because the AC didn't work. They allowed me to come in the same day I called, checked the car, fixed it, and explained, in detail what was wrong. He explained that depending on what's wrong, the AC could last a few years or go out the next day, but that if it went out, I could come back and they'd check it again. The next day, the AC didn't work again, so I brought it in today and he remembered me and the car. He looked at it, checked the AC and the car and explained what I could do to fix all of the problems. He said there was no pressure to fix any of it, and I told him I'm looking to get a new car. He explained the best times of the year to get cars and was extremely friendly. He didn't charge anything the second time to check the car. I would highly recommend this place. Chad is a genuine guy who knows his car details, and he's able to connect you to other good resources. He explained everything in easy to understand ways. I Recommended Prime Performance! I Appreciate his work.

These guys saved me! On the way home from
vacationing in Yellowstone, I discovered that my car was leaking a lot of oil. Prime Performance was able to get me in, figure out the problem, fix it and send me on my way, all when they were getting ready to close. Chad and the guys were exceptional....and I only wish they were located in St. Louis to bring my car to regularly. I more than highly recommend them!

Chris was great! Took my car in because the heater didn’t work. so I’d to leave my car to get it fixed. And explained to me the detail what was wrong. He even gave me ride to my apartment. Great dude with awesome personality! Highly recommend to get your car fixed here thanks boys.

Professional and personal to my needs. Got my 06 Chevy Silverado fixed for a reasonable price and in a reasonable amount of time. Very happy with the results. Recommend them for anyone traveling through the area or living here now that isn't happy with your current service shop.

My car broke down on a Sunday and I had to get it towed to this shop. After staying in a hotel overnight, I called the shop and explained my situation and how I was traveling to get back to college and they willingly pushed my car ahead of a few others to fix mine first. When they called to give me a quote, they also offered to pick me up from my hotel and drive me to their shop to wait for my car to get done. They even offered to give me food once I arrived at the shop. They were SO kind and considerate and they didn’t rip me off with the bill either. They explained everything that was on it and the bill didn’t change from when they gave me a quote. If you live in the area, this is the place you want to go!! 10/10 would recommend 🙏🏻👌🏻

When I took my car in to get it fixed with Chad and the guys let me tell you I have never had a better experience in a auto repair shop. These guys were kind, polite, VERY PROFESSIONAL, and want what is best for your car and they don’t try to sell you extra stuff you don’t need. They’re very straight to the point in the nicest way and they take good care of your vehicle. My car had a misfire and now my car is gliding down the road. So if you’re in the South Sioux City area or are strolling through from out of state and you happen to have a wrench thrown at your car and it needs a fix... please look no further than Prime Performance Auto Repair! Finding these guys was a gold mine, they are straight forward and honest and know what is going on under the hood of your car. We moved here over a year ago and I have been terrified to try and find a new mechanic. I was worried about being a woman and being a woman of color how I would be treated and all of that. These guys are great, Chad was straight forward and professional and most important he told me what I needed to be done so that I can stay mobile. These guys are the real deal, I will keep taking my car to them.
