Very professional, really check things over to make sure what problem is and fix. They follow up to make sure the repair is good before leaving! Very very kind and professional! All staff are very friendly and try to accommodate your schedule with theirs. I highly recommend this company.

Waited 2 days for my appointment with this company for my furnace to be serviced.
The technician arrived, ignored the sign on my door which asks for entrants into my home to please put on a mask. When asked if he had a mask, the technician replied “no”. When offered one, he refused, informed me that his employer doesn’t require employees to wear masks and told me that if I want him to wear a mask while he’s in MY HOME, I can find somebody else to do the job.
Stunned at this ignorance and unbelievable lack of respect and professionalism, I made a call into the office, asked to speak with the owner who was apparently unavailable, left a message and never received a call back. I’m happy to have paid your competitor for not only their fast service and job well done, but also for their common sense.

Matt and his team were very quick to respond to my furnace not working properly. They were there the next morning and got it fixed! Thank you guys!

I had pinnacle take out an old furnace and central ac and install a new York 96% efficient furnace and a 3 ton 15 seer ac unit. Tom and his apprentice did the work. They showed up early and layed down floor protection, carried out the old units and did an excellent job. An explanation on how a 2 stage unit works was given by Tom to me and everything works as it should and they cleaned up all work areas. I would highly recommend pinnacle heating and cooling. I received quality work and high efficiency York products at a reasonable price all backed up by a great warranty.

I just had the nicest technician come to check my furnaces. So professional, just showed him where they were, he went from there, did his work and seemed to work very proficiently. Very nice and had a very nice manner about him.
