I came back from vacation and my heat wasn’t working. It was 44° In my house! I called someone else to come fix it a d they we’re going to charge me through the roof. I called Tom and he had someone out the next morning and had me heat working again within 2 hours and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg! Thank goodness since it was right around Christmas!! Thank you Tom and crew!

Buyer beware he does not respond timely nor does he complete any project he’s associated with on Time. After months of calling on several projects he still hasn’t completed them. His lack of response means you will not have a warranty either!! Also cuts a lot of corners and generally just poor workmanship. I would save yourself a lot of time and hassle and call somebody else. Regarding his response below: He does not respond or answer and I have phone records to support. He did not communicate anything nor did he show up over the period of approx. 3 months to give more clarity. If he does not answer the phone or respond, you essentially will have no warranty if you do business with him. I hired someone to finish and they are having to fix some things too. Go with someone else is all I can recommend or you will get nothing but excuses, excuses, and more excuses unfortunately.

Tom got his employees started on the job then left them to finish, which is fine, but one of them drilled a 4” hole through the main post of my building when he should have moved the pipe over a few inches to not drill through the main structure. The drip line was leaking where it connected to the pvc drain from my sink. I told him about it via text but never heard anything about it. I also texted him asking about the drip line by the furnace because it wasn’t tilted down to allow water run off. I never heard back from him. He didn’t check over the job when it was done to see if all was good. He never gave me an invoice and I asked for 2 weeks and he never responded to texts but told me twice over the phone that he would send one.

Don't bother calling them. Never show up or return calls. Called them 3 times and was told they'd call me right back but never did.

Highly recommend Toms service!! My furnace went out on a Saturday morning and he was there by the afternoon and had it fixed up and my house warm within the hour! And it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg! Very affordable!
