Ian is the best. Can't believe he replaced the outside motor in less than 30 minutes. He has always fit me in his schedule when I call.

I'm very satisfied with the repair work that Ian did. He was punctual, communicates well, and performed the job in a timely manner. I was told by another company that I needed to replace my entire system ($3,000) which was only 13 years old. I was charged $300. Their pricing is very reasonable. I would hire Excel Comfort again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Ian!

Company showed up went to basement got model number then went outside and sat on the unit for almost 10 minutes playing on his phone didn’t take nothing apart hook some gauges unplug it and knock on door said there’s a leak and we replacing the unit and walk off I guess he didn’t realize the cameras total visit was 15 min I would not use again and don’t recommend it

Please stop u said on ur text not a phone call that we are on ur do not service list to not call u and don’t worry we won’t don’t lie about what u did in my house couse I will post all video to social media u never explained nothing to family all u said was it has a leak and we replacing unit so don’t sit here and sugar coat ur actions couse I have the proof of ur service so let’s just leave it at that sir GO SIT ON SOMEONE ELSE UNIT PLAY ON UR PHONE AND CHARGE THEM FOR UR PHONE TIME

This H/VAC business genuinely cares. I spoke to a technician named Ian and he was available to assist within the hour. He provided details on how much it would cost to go out to do a diagnostic and whatever parts would cost if any were needed. He was knowledgeable enough to fix the issue when Initially only going to inspect and fixed the problem at no extra charge. You don’t find very many people who are willing to get the job done during the inspection process. Many companies around here will drag their labor by claiming they diagnosed the issue but need to come back for another visit adding extra labor and charges. Thanks Ian for not taking advantage and caring enough to get the job done. I will always recommend This business!!
