Extremely poor customer service! While repairing my washer the servicemen cut the linoleum in the bathroom. When I called to ask them to have someone come look at the damage they said would have office manager call. No one called. A week later I called and got the same response. No response from them. .

My AC went out last Friday and Jackson was very helpful and had someone out to install an entire new unit before we had a major heat wave. I really appreciate the long hours that their crews were working!

Ryan went above and beyond getting our washer fixed. He had to order parts and he came on a Friday night to finishing fixing it for us. Thank you so much Ryan!

Shane came out this morning. He was on time and extremely helpful. He figured out the problem in minutes and resolved my issue. Thank you jackson appliance!!!!
