We purchased a furnace from Jackson Home Appliance, and they installed it professionally and have responded to all of our follow up calls in a very timely manner. They are always very pleasant to work with and provide answers to questions very quickly. Kelly, Dave, Merlin, Todd and the team have been great to work with.

Called April 10th to set up an appt for April 14th when I have a shorter work day to have my dryer looked at. Was told tech would call me that day to set up a time waited till just after 10 to call and see why tech hasn't set up time with me to finally have tech call me back to say I was never set up with him for a service call so now he's booked for day but expects me to wait 4 more hours to call me back to see if he can get me in but told me many times he's booked. Called main office back and all she could say was she was sorry. So if you need something don't use this company I'm sure they will forget you as well. So thanks Jackson for having me waste a weeks time waiting for you on something that was never going to happen

I have used Jackson in the past. This year I went with a different company. (Better pricing for winter check up) Because I thought Jackson was a great family owned company I decided to contact them to see if they could give me an estimate on repairs. I was told to speak to Todd. When I called Todd, he acted like I was bothering him and asking for the moon. Very poor customer service and I will not be using them for future services.

The tech was up front and honest with me. He got my refrigerator fixed and at a reasonable price

I had been told by another company that the glass replacement for my oven door wasn’t available anymore. Brandon Wolfe found it, ordered it, and replaced it. He was fast, reliable, and cleaned up after himself.

Andrew repaired our ice maker and it now works great! Price was reasonable. He explained everything and answered our questions. I highly recommend Jackson Appliance Repair and Andrew.

Literally almost got ran over by someone driving these vans. Wish they would've slowed down so I could get the plate number & report it but I just saw the company name on the van. I know who ill be staying away from if I ever need heating services.

Great experience from contacting them for a quote, all the way to completion of the job. Every employee I talked to during the whole process was very courteous and professional. They arrived on time as scheduled to appraise the site for a quote, and I received a courtesy call from the technician the day of the installation. The installation crew of 3 guys were willing to make a few changes due to some complications, and their quality of workmanship is excellent. They take pride and ownership in what they do. I'll gladly recommend Jackson in the future.

We placed a call for appliance service on our 13 year old electric dryer.
The service tech arrived on time and repaired our squeaky dryer within an hour. Thanks to Brandon for the great work he did on a relatively minor problem. Jackson responded promptly to our request for service and got us scheduled for a next-day appointment. Great work, great company!
