I was given this company’s information by my warranty company and I would NOT recommend them whatsoever. I opened my warranty claim with them in July of 2020 and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. Theyve sent two different techs both of which did not understand or know the problem with my appliance. Theyve ordered multiple parts then fall off the face of the earth and don’t reply about the status of the part, continue to blame their techs, take zero accountability in their process, the part issue and frankly I just don’t think they care. I just called another warranty company here in Omaha and they have a tech coming this week, are overly communicative and extremely pleasant. Do not waste your time with Jackson. You’ll be waiting 6 months for resolution. They are unresponsive, do not give you updates whatsoever, and don’t seem to care about their customers experience. Highly recommend Nebraska Home Appliance instead!

Brandon repaired our dryer the day after I called. He repaired it in early February and didn’t charge charge me for this quick repair. He was very polite and did a great job, and I will ask for him again in the future. Highly recommend him!
Ryan went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us - staying late to ensure our washer was fixed. I am VERY impressed with the customer service. Ryan was professional and helpful. He clearly likes his job. I would highly recommend Jackson Home Appliance - ask for Ryan!
Ryan came to our home for a warranty call on a noisy dryer. He diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed it efficiently, educated us on preventative measures, and the icing in the cake was how friendly he was! He chatted with my toddler while he worked. He seems to genuinely enjoy his profession, and we will ask for him next time we need appliance service!
Jacob came out to do a maintenance check and inspect the furnace in the home we just moved into. He was very friendly and helpful! I will definitely refer Jackson Home Appliance Heating & Cooling to anyone. So glad I got the referral from a coworker to call.
GREAT GREAT SERVICE!! I had a furnace check and they found a crack in my heat exchanger. The technician showed me the crack and was very polite. They SAVED my family from possible CO poisoning. They had a crew at my home the same day to replace my system for a very reasonable price. The new Carrier system was installed absolutely brilliantly!! Haven’t had any problems since. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Jackson H&A arrived a bit early, learned the ordered part, through another company, to repair my furnace was defective, cleaned the flame sensor part, and the unit now works perfectly. Repair cost was very reasonable. Thank you so much for your quick service, especially in this COLD weather.
The 2 stars is for whoever answers the business phone line. So incredibly rude and unprofessional I am still baffled by our conversation as I write this review. I was trying to explain my situation and how long we had been waiting for a part (vs how long we were told the part would be in), I was interrupted, yelled at, and basically made to feel like I was stupid. There has been absolutely no communication from Jackson to us the customers, we have had to call multiple times to figure out when we will get our service done. I was told when I called that we were on the schedule for tomorrow, and I said "I was never told we were on the schedule tomorrow that's what I was calling to figure out" to which he replied, "well yeah, now you know". I am still fuming from this absolute rude employee. If we weren't stuck using this company due to our appliance warranty, I would NEVER use this company. Take your money to a place with better customer service. This place SUCKS.
