    I have a problem with my dryer and they came out late the next day. I was on my way home from work (which they knew) and a college child of mine was home. I wanted the tech to check on the loud noise from the dishwasher and the ice maker that they fixed 6 mos prior. I was charges $168 for the house call and not the quoted $65 since they looked at 3 appliances. I would have appreciated the heads up that it's a per appliance service call. I truly feel it warranted a phone call esp since I was 5 minutes out. I was taken advantage of.

    Jackson Home Appliance put me on their wait list this morning when I awoke to a furnace that would not start. Elmer, one of their employees, called me within a short time and came to my house. He diagnosed the initial problem and went and got the part for me. There were several other issues he had to figure out but did so pretty quick. He was very polite and smart and efficient. I would use Jackson again with any appliance issue.

    Shane came ahead of time as our freezer is not working properly and office said it would probably be morning since we discovered the problem so late. So was surprised he came today. Have worked with Jackson earlier this summer with a new a.c unit. Very pleased with all the techs.

    Two and a half months and then over 14 trips in the last three weeks to TRY and repair. EVERY trip they blame it on the last technician. They even left a note on my thermostat saying that unit is bad and need a new unit. They didn't have the courtesy to call anyone. Owner of Jackson has promised to fix, but promise was never kept. They have spent more time in my apartment than I have. Rental property management is paying for the motel rooms.
    Good luck with poor workmanship and no pride in customer service.

    Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE. Was told by technician that it would take 3 to 5 business days for the fridge parts to arrive. A week later and nothing happened. I called to try to figure out what is going on and the lady on the phone couldn't be more rude. She wasn't trying to be helpful at all and was very short and not professional in any way. Will not hire them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know. Couldn't select zero stars but that's what they deserve.

    I called for a service call on a Sunday afternoon. They promised to have a call back to us by 9 a.m. the next day. By noon Monday, the following day, Shane was at our home diagnosing the problem with our dryer.

    I live at Tara Heights in Papillion, managed by Lund Company. My air handler went on the fritz causing my apt to be 91° when it was only 80° outside. My apartments maintenance tech (the second one that came out) noticed that there was definitely some issues and did what he could but called Jackson since they are his preferred HVAC contractor. They came out quickly and worked just as fast to get the problem fixed. My apartment is now a comfortable 71°! Thanks much to the guys at Jackson!
