Trever helped us out today and was great to work with. Our unit was old with multiple issues and he came back and helped twice in the same day. On top of that, he even got us a temporary fix while we wait on quotes/installation of a permanent solution.
Knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to go through our options. 5 stars!

My furnace was not kicking on in these cold temps. Chandler came out today, serviced my furnace, got it working and even did a few other checks to make sure it wouldnt happen again. Chandler was EXTREMELY professional and courteous the entire time and very informative. Will definatley call again if any other needs arise in the future. Star City is the company to use!!

I called them for a malfunctioning furnace. Jeremy showed up within three hours. He determined it could’ve been one of two things so he started with the simplest and least expensive first. That one worked. Thank you very much Jeremy.

We had them come out and give us a bid. Jake Z was very professional and I have no doubt in his abilities to do the job correctly the first time. Would definitely recommend them. Update: Will came out today to work on one of our HVAC units. He was very professional and tried several things to supply us with heat for our office. Heat was restored confirming my faith in Star City Heating and Air.

They showed up quickly, did a thorough diagnosis and looked for any future concerns. Trevor answered all my questions and was very helpful.

The real deal for Trane servicing! The fan on our furnace went out during a bit of a cold spell recently... and on a holiday. Called Star City Heating and Cooling (a company that had serviced our heat pump once before) and they were at my house within a couple of hours... immediately found the problem. It took a couple of days for the parts to arrive, since my furnace - I guess - is now considered an older model by Trane and the parts are not totally radially available... but that is no fault of Star City - they were on top of it the whole time! They even loaned us a couple of space heaters during the super freeze outside - free of charge! The technician was very friendly and very helpful - fully knew what he was doing and how to treat the customer right... even did an extra run that first night, to get the loaner space heaters for us. This is about as close to old fashioned service as one can get. The only slight "ho-hum" thing I would say about the whole experience is the markup in price on the parts... which, I guess, is a pretty moot point since it seems like the whole industry does it anymore nowadays. Even so, Star City has flat rate pricing, so if something extensive happens during the repair, you aren't having to foot the extra bill for extra time and labor. Overall, I can't be happier with Star City Heating and Cooling and they are for sure my go-to guys with my Trane equipment in the future... and I will always be calling them back again as needed! Highly recommended!!!

TOTAL SCAM!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE. THEY USE FEAR TO SELL. I called them for service on my heating system (10+ years old) this October. The tech performed the inspection. All seemed good until I got their findings. Major repairs were "recommended" the least was $182 and the "recommended" repair was an $3k (likely low for the true cost) upgrade of my unit. It was implied/threatened that my system would not make it through winter. I got a second option form Action.

Your staff that came to evaluate our prob and the sales person were knowledgeable and very curious about our needs and wants. Your team that R/R our HVAC system was stellar. They put in a long day and were very dedicated workers. They were contentious about their work and made sure we understood our new system as well as offered the help of technicians for any further questions we may encounter.
