Trevor was on time, very professional, new exactly what he was doing got it done in a timely manner. Explained everything to me. Very affordable. And when he left I had peace of mind that my furnace was working properly.

We woke up with no heat on the day we were supposed to get a foot of snow. I called and within the hour they had someone out to look at my furnace and they were able to fix it. So thankful for their prompt courteous service.

Star city ended up needing to spend the day reworking my return air duct work that was original to the house. The original installers during construction did not install it correctly with adequate air flow engineered for the size of furnace blower causing it to make a high pitch whistling sound. With some quick design changes designed by Doug, the ductwork was done in 8 hours and fixed the issue. Clean, courteous, and quality work!

AC went out and Star City had some out here within 10mins.

And the guy maybe took all of 10mins, to figure out what was wrong and fixed it.

Apps kept being changed. Finally told at approx 9:45am that Eric would b out in about 16mins. After 1 hr and 15 mins I called and was told that the service request showed that it had been completed. Then told Will would b out and was happy with his service. Getting a/c unit checked has been a mess considering how long ago I made this appt.

Brandon and Todd were awesome! Very professional and knew what they were doing. Answered all my questions and gave me good advice.

Install mini-split went very smooth. From sales to install to inspection. Not 1 hiccup. Thank you for your service

Chandler came out the same day I called regarding a concern with my furnace and ductwork. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. Communication was great from start to finish, good experience!

This was an introductory visit/free inspection on our A/C as our previous service company merged wit Star City. Very good experience with Star City personnel.
