Mountain Heating and Cooling

Mountain Heating and Cooling installed our furnace 15 years ago, today we needed a service call. Steve was our technician and again great customer service, problem quickly diagnosed and solved. It was helpful when he called and gave us an arrival time. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We would recommend this company to our friends and family anytime.

The installation of the AC unit was completed in a timely and efficient manner by Steven who is a knowledgeable professional with an engaging and friendly personality. I could not be more pleased with the work that was done or the manner that in which it was done.

I was so pleased with the previous AC unit installation in the guest house that I decided to used Mountain Heating and Cooling to install AC units in the main house. Andrew and Todd completed the job in a timely and efficient manner. Working with Mountain Heating and Cooling from estimating and scheduling to completion of the work has been a pleasure.

Mountain Heating is the best! I interviewed many HVAC companies in Bozeman and Belgrade and I am so happy I chose Mountain. Jack Petty did my gas furnace fall inspection and I was very pleased with his work ethic and he explain every thing he was doing. He talked to me about adding a air "scrubber" also and we are considering that addition before next summer for air purification from the wildfire smoke. In my experience, Mountain Heating and Cooling has been beyond helpful and competent. I feel like I am being serviced by members of
my own family. Everyone, from Debbie in the office, juggling the schedule to make sure I am promptly taken care of, to Jason my service provider.
Jason has done a great deal of investigative work in trouble shooting and adjustments to find the best and least expensive way to fix my furnace. I appreciate the acknowledgement and courtesy I have received by everyone.

Our furnace was not working so called Mountain H & C as they have helped us in the past. Nick arrived about 1 1/2 hours earlier than our appointment, however he had called ahead to let us know of the change. Nick was most courteous and listened to our observations. Having checked the furnace, we learned that our observations were totally incorrect. We were so thankful that we had called this trusted and reliable company. Andrew and Scott were very knowledgeable professional and did great service. Our A/C is fixed! I have worked with Corey in the past and this company is awesome. One of the few service companies in Bozeman that takes customer care seriously.

We had previously used this company to install an air handler for our
boiler heat system. We wanted air conditioning after this very hot summer but didn't think it was possible to put one in. Matt Wenger came out and said it was possible and gave us a quote.
Steve Sullivan and Andrew Gould came and installed the AC unit as soon as a compressor was available. They were all very knowledgeable and
professional and the AC works fine. We recommend this contractor
highly.
