We loved working with Mountain Heating and Cooler! They were extremely helpful, prompt at responding, and very friendly. Andrew and Steve installed our unit and they were so helpful and professional. We would recommend these guys to anyone interested in heating and cooling services

I recently purchased a "smart" thermostat and installed it. Worked great except that I could not get it to run the "fan" only. So I called Mountain Heating from whom we bought our furnace. Yesterday, Feb. 3, a technician, Nick Kover, from Mountain Heating came to the house to fix the problem. He was great!! He cleaned up the wiring, and had the system working in a half hour. I was very pleased, especially with Nick. I would absolutely use Mountain Heating again and ask for Nick. Thanks!

I would like to share my recent positive experiences with the purchase and installation of a new furnace and air conditioning system from Mountain Heating & Cooling. Debbie Irwin answered my initial phone call requesting a quote and continued to provide professional/courteous answers to subsequent scheduling and logistic questions throughout the process. Corey Johnson, owner of the company, came to my home to gain an understanding of what was needed and the budget I had to work with. Steve Sullivan and Todd Camp were able to remove the old system and install the new in one day. I'm still amazed at how clean they left the site and how well the system has performed! Josh Howery and Matt Wenger both came to my house to check on the installation and provide support throughout the day of the project. Josh even brought pizza for Steve and Todd as they worked overtime to complete the one day install. There are others on the team that I may have missed but all were professional and helpful in their various capacities. I highly recommend the entire team of this company!

Andrew Gould and Scott Marsh visited my home and performed an analysis of the cooling system which was not working . They were very professional in their appearance and demeanor and their work. Andrew quickly diagnosed the problem with my system and gave very informative and well-reasoned analysis of the problem and my solution options. I was very impressed and satisfied with their work and their visit. I would recommend their services without reservation.

Everyone at the company was helpful, friendly and patient with me. I asked for a bunch of quotes and they provided every one without complaining. The installation team showed up right on time and did a great job with the installation. They had a part that had been damaged in shipment that they worked around and got a new one the same day. The guys were professional and performed high quality work in addition to being very personable and polite. Thanks for an easy experience and a high quality install!

Brian Smith the Master Plumber was my service guy, accompanied by Josh. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue as well as offer options. While Brian was working, Josh helped troubleshoot another problem unrelated to the service call, pro bono.
They both take pride in their diligent workmanship and did more clean up then was necessary. Totally satisfied & can highly recommend.

Our heating system went out and the temperature was -17. They worked us into their schedule and even offered to bring us space heaters. Brian Smith arrived and he explained in detail the repairs, he was extremely professional and he did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend them!

Incredible experience! Mountain Sheet Metal was efficient, professional, and courteous. Had some ductless air units installed in my home. Cory Johnson was very helpful in suggesting the correct units for what I needed. Saved me lots of money and got me a better system than I had planned to buy. Bryan Benson installed the system quickly and professionally. He kept me informed of progress throughout the installation. Everything was done with minimal disruption to my family. Very pleased with final results.

They were able to fit us in at very short notice—2 days. Nick Kover called ahead of time and showed up on time. He was professional and managed to do repairs and service both the furnace and gas fireplace, while he was here. Very pleased.
