Mountain Heating and Cooling

Matt came to my house to analyze my space and find the right ductless unit for my house. Within a couple weeks Steve and Jack came to install it. They were very knowledgeable and professional. The whole experience was as good as it gets. This company is very service oriented.

From the proposal to completion of the installation and system adjustments, we are very happy with our new mini split heat pump system from Mountain Heating and Cooling. Matt answered all of our questions before purchase, Debbie got our project scheduled shortly after our acceptance and Andrew and Steve worked hard to get our system installed with the least disruption. We would highly recommend Mountain Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for Mini Split AC.

The service provided by Mountain Heating and Cooling is clearly outstanding across the board. I want to express my great appreciation to DEBBIE and KATHY in the office. Their support was exemplary. ANDREW came to our residence and was competent, kind, explained issues in easy to understand ways, thorough and fixed the problem. He is an outstanding representative of your company. Additionally, NICK returned my call this morning when the furnace failed again when I made an emergent call for help on a Saturday when the morning temperature was -15 degrees F. We sorted out the problems and Nick was very reassuring. Very helpful indeed.

On Super Bowl Sunday our furnace stopped working. We called Mountain Heating and Cooling and Andrew arrived to diagnose the problem in just 45 minutes. The house was getting cold and we were expecting below zero temperatures. Unfortunately the furnace could not be fixed that night but Andrew left us with enough space heaters to keep the house warm. Brian returned the next morning with a new furnace that was installed by the end of the day. We appreciate the prompt service , quality product and friendly knowledgeable people. Mat came over 2 weeks later to make sure we were satisfied and to answer any questions we had. We constantly recommend Mountain Heating and Cooling to all our friends!

Mountain Sheet Metal Heating & Cooling is the best in Gallatin Valley. We have used their services multiple times over the last few years. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and professional...absolutely 5 stars! The entire staff is A+! Recently, we had to unexpectedly purchase a new furnace. The staff was on it! Everyone involved from the scheduler to the technician made the process quick and seamless. Debbie, Matt and our technician, Steven D. went out of their way to meet our needs and make sure we were satisfied customers. We would definitely recommend Mountain Sheet Metal Heating & Cooling!!!

My husband and I had two Mitsubishi mini-split wall units installed in our great room and a ceiling unit in our master bedroom. We were impressed first of all by the knowledge and professionalism of Corey in bidding our job and working with us to understand which features were most important to us to be sure we would get exactly what we needed and wanted. He responded promptly to all of our questions, which we really appreciated. When the actual installation began we met the lead installer, Steven, who ran the job smoothly and professionally for the duration of the project. Steven and his wonderful crew (Todd, Bryan and Steve) were courteous, cheerful, helpful, and considerate of us and our home. They all wore face coverings during the job since we were in the middle of the corona pandemic. We would not hesitate to recommend Mountain Heating and Cooling to anyone and everyone! They also recommended an electrician to us (Josh Brandl) who, along with the others, was hard working and very professional.

Everyone I had contact with at this company was fantastic, cheerful, helpful, and knowledgeable. From Brenda who answered the phone, to Emily, the sales rep (even if she was a Clemson grad), Josh, who scheduled the installation and built my Chase cover, and the wonderful installers, Bryan and Steve, the whole process was everything you could ask for from a customer's perspective. Bryan and Steve were timely, efficient, and did a great job installing the new heater just how I wanted it.

A YEAR AFTER:

Changing my rating to two stars which is a shame.

Pretty sure our humidifier adjuster doesn’t work, and found out that they installed our ac unit pad outside on top of a sprinkler head without shutting it off. Make sure you watch them with installation.

There’s a reason I’m giving this company a 5 star review and I assume it’s the same reason other people have as well.

The quote was fast, provided with multiple options and all questions we had were answered thoroughly. I want to give the guy that came out some credit but for the life of me I can not remember his name, but every interaction I’ve had with the employees was positive. The quote was also cheaper than some companies that took weeks to get back to me. Other companies didn’t get back to me at all.

When the team got out to our house they wasted zero time getting to work. They scattered and did a great job, you wouldn’t even know they were there if you couldn’t hear the tools. Steven did a great job, he stayed on task, very polite and answered questions on the follow up appointment. Everything’s been working great.

Great company, glad we went with them instead of other companies that seem like they really don’t care if they have your business or not.

I would recommend them to anyone. Andrew wasthe tech that came and found that I had a Crack in my heater. Debbie worked beyond hard to help me get all the paperwork for my new furnace. She also made sure the furnace got ordered right away. Everything was done in a week. Josh the install manager was amazing in making sure it got installed right away when they got the heater in. Josh and Todd installed it for me, and they volunteered on their day day off to come get it put in for me. Everyone at mountain heating and cooling were there for me and my kiddos when we had no where else to go. Thank u so much to all the wonderful people that made sure it got done so quickly and efficiently. U guys r the best!!! Thank u so so much.

Steven was super thorough and answered all my questions with the install. Loving the AC, just as summer is getting started! Thanks Mountain! Everyone made it easy, from Matt with the initial estimate/walk through, to the office's scheduling, and the great install with Steven. Very professional... probably the reason they've been around for 40+ years.
