Matt Wenger did an excellent job evaluating our home and cooling needs. Andrew Gould and Jack Petty did the actual installation and were knowledgeable, highly competent and personable. They explained the operation of the system and patiently answered our questions. We highly recommend the mini-split ductless system and the company.

Matt was easy to work with, and helped provide some quick quotes for my options without trying to upsell me on anything. Jack and his crew were efficient and courteous when installing my AC unit, and were very respectful of my home. Overall, I couldn't imagine a smoother experience!

Being new to the Bozeman area, I asked others for their recommendations of reliable companies to install an A/C system. Mountain Heating and Cooling was highly recommended for their reliable service, clear communication and excellent customer service. I wasn't disappointed. From Matt who provided the estimate and answered my questions to Jack who did the installation, I have been extremely satisfied. Jack communicated throughout the installation and left the area clean after completing the job. He took the time to explain the operation of the system to me and ways to keep it operating efficiently. My air conditioning is working great and I am very satisfied with my choice of Mountain Heating and Cooling.

Todd and Mason did an excellent job, were super friendly, and worked tirelessly on what was a difficult install. I recently had Mountain Heating and Cooling install a new air conditioning system in my home. From the beginning, with my consultation with Corey, this company was most professional and helpful every step of the way. Josh, Jack, Nick, Matt and Debbie were so thorough, helpful and considerate. Every employee that came to my home was very conscientious, from wearing masks to laying down carpet for every step they took in my home. I would highly recommend Mountain Heating and Cooling for any of your heating and cooling needs. Additionally, they were patient with any questions or concerns I had regarding my new system and new digital thermostat. It was a great experience with this company and their engaging personnel.

Just had our AC installed from Mountain Heating and cooling! Matt helped me with scheduling and pricing options and worked with me to make sure I could find the most affordable option. Jack and his partner installed my unit and they were super nice, respectful and easy to work with! I'm excited to not be sweaty in my own house this summer!!

Great service, clear communication, and excellent follow through after our new furnace was installed. The install team Mason and Steve were efficient and tidy.

We had AC installed by Shawn and Briggs. They did a great job with the install and fixed some of the issues from the original installer. The house is much more evenly heated and cooled now. Great guys and very professional. A+ from start to finish!

We had our annual service performed on our gas fireplace and furnace and were able to get in for an appointment quickly. Debbie took care of us today and was very thorough and friendly. Wow, these people did an absolutely fantastic job. We had 2 Mitsubishi internal mini-spilt heads installed, driven by a single LARGE external main unit. It was a non-trivial installation, involving one large, angled run from the outside unit to the larger of the 2 internal heads. The installation is beautiful: the outside coverings look like they were designed as an original part of the house! The guys working on the project were VERY nice, happy, respectful, PROFESSIONAL, and extremely careful not to make any mess whatsoever on the inside (or outside) of our home. The actual Mitsubishi units work extremely well: they had the whole big upper living area and bedroom cooled down within an hour of installation. Amazing. And surprisingly quiet. Whew.
