Ac froze up. Called Comfort and Heating who had serviced our unit past 5 years. Tech who came was super great! Recharged system & was very informative on our options hoing forward. Charge for service was reasonable. Appreciated the experience!!

John was very helpful and considerate during the install, answering my questions and also helping clarify some of the issues that came up before the install began. My home is cooler and much more refreshed feeling with the strangely warm temperatures this year. Thank you.

Comfort heating installed our heating and air conditioning when we built our home in 2000. We had air flow issues from the beginning with it being extremely cold in our son's bedroom, and chilly enough in the master bath that we used a space heater off and on. After 19 years the furnaces gave out and needed replacement. Comfort heating looked at what was here and said it never should have been designed as it is - and they had done it! They assured us that buying 2 more highly efficient furnaces would solve the problems. It did not. When the air conditioner started freezing up they could not figure out what was wrong, and admitted it wasn't behaving as they usually do if they are wearing out. Nevertheless they suggested that since the air conditioners were old anyway we could probably get rid of the problem with 2 new air conditioners for several thousands of dollars. We got a second opinion from White Heating. As soon as Curt White saw the size of the ductwork and the box under the furnace he knew that the problem was poor air flow to the furnace. He brought tables to explain to us the physics of air flow. He did an $1800 rebuild of the ductwork that included installation of another air return. We no longer need space heaters. We did not need new air conditioners, and they probably wouldn't have helped anymore than the two new furnaces did.

They knew my furnace was completely out, but didn't let me know until after two visits that they wouldn't be able to replace it for several days. This was during the end of November. The gal on the phone tried to tell me there was a miscommunication between the guys even though I was standing right there and heard the conversation. I recommend ACT Heating. They took care of the situation promptly. How Comfort Heating received the Readers Choice award is beyond me!

I had a tech named John. This man is incredibly sharp. I will continue to do business with this company because of him. He was very nice and extremely competent. He fixed some self inflicted issues with our furnace and was respectful about it. Jay Knopp

My furnace was acting up over the recent cold spell and a technician from Comfort heating serviced my furnace and installed a new Honeywell T4 Pro thermostat. They charged me $124.00 for the thermostat and $90.00 for the service call. Total was $214.00, I checked on the internet for a cost of the thermostat and found one for $40.00. When I talked to the owner, he told me his cost was $89.00, and he stated that the reason for the discrepancy was that his came with a 5 year warranty.

The one on the internet also has a five year warranty. So he can charge over a 200% markup on what his company installs. Enough said. I won't be doing business with his company when I install a full HVAC on my house this summer.

The team at Comfort Heating has always been Great I have used them for 20 years in New Construction and Maintenance of rental properties and have tried others to save a buck and always go back to Comfort and I am never disappointed with their service.

They didn’t do any work for me, but they did find a control board for my furnace that was failing. The part was located for me to pick up the same day.
