Built a new house 1.5 years ago. Had to have them come back several times to complete the job. Water heater installed I correctly. Exposed plumbing in the basement not strapped properly. And cracked the fitting on our water pump. Each time they were called they attempted to say it was something we had done. The system was not pressure tested as is required. When the basement started Smelling like sewage it was discovered that they had not even capped some of the pipes. Worst customer service and issues we should not be having this soon after a new build!
