The technician that worked on my furnace was very kind and came sooner then I was expecting, which was such a relief. The work took a lot longer than planned and wasn't 100% resolved when the technician had to leave. I was very thankful though that Jeff, the owner, made sure that things were taken care of in the end and that I was happy with the service, which I really appreciated.

Our home has hot water heating, so forced air was not an option for us. Comfort came out several times to give us different estimates. When our decision was made, Comfort did a great job installing three Mitsubishi units in our bedrooms. They were on time, very friendly and the commutation was excellent. We will be calling them again for units on our main floor.

Besides being incredibly knowledgeable about his products, he went above and beyond and help guide me on several other things related to our heating/AC including teaching me how to clean our our electric fireplace.

Comfort installed a new Heating & A/C unit for us last week and did an awesome job! When we called for an estimate, they got back to us almost immediately! Then, when we told them we were ready to go with their quote, they were able to do the job within a week! Both the guys they sent out to our house were professional and knowledgeable! They did the job quickly and even cleaned up after themselves! What a great local company! We’ll absolutely continue using them in the future!

We had our old furnace replaced and had an AC installed. The team was very professional and polite. They were more then happy to answer all of our questions. They came across an issue of where we had planned to place our outside AC unit and they took the time to ensure everything came out perfect! Definitely recommend!
