The first time working with Comfort Heating team and we are very pleased. We worked with the repair tech, owner, and installers and everyone was thorough, punctual, friendly, and very helpful. The techs installed a new hvac condenser and left our house neat and clean. The recent Easter weekend brought the first warm days of the season and with it some intense cooking for the family. The house warmed up significantly with the oven on most of the day. After switching on the A/C, it was soon discovered it wasn't responding.

First thing Monday morning, I called Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning with a plea for 'help' and was assured someone would get back to me. Sure enough, within minutes a text came saying a service repair person was scheduled to come to our home today between 10am and noon. Corby from Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning called about 9:30!

Corby arrived within a few minutes. He fixed the problem and put in a new filter while explaining what possibly could've caused the issue. It's a cool home again ready for more spring and summer days!
