Fast, Professional Service. Tyler P was friendly and knowledgeable. Love that you get an appointment confirmation text, a text that tells you about the technician and a follow up text when the appointment is done. I would recommend Central Heating & Air to everyone.

We called into Central Heating to check out an old a/c unit on a house we just bought. Technician was on time and helpful for the task at hand, but seemed to know just enough to charge as much as possible at every turn. We were quoted $168 to check heating and cooling systems, but the guy told us there was an extra $120 to check the heating system once he was here. When calling into the office, the customer service lady was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We’re just trying to clear up the confusion and she seemed almost hostile. Accusatory. No apologies. No patience. Refused to call back after insisting on checking the recording of our previous conversations. Will not be using this company again and will certainly not recommend to anyone.

Dan and Brock knocked it out the ball park for my AC upgrade/install! Very professional and love to see other trades take pride in their work! They went above and beyond and were also very accommodating to my dogs being in the yard and house! Thank y’all for the wonderful service and will recommend central heating and air to anyone that is need of HVAC services!

We had 50-year-old furnace and AC replaced. The technicians were here promptly as booked and did a great job of removing and replacing both units. Kudos to salesman Drew and the 3 techs who did the work.

Incredibly professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They were able to fit me in same day and their text appointment reminder gave me peace of mind that I was actually on the schedule. Tyler was able to squeeze us in sooner because an early job on the schedule was just a couple of blocks away. It felt great knowing he saved everyone on the list so much time because he didn’t have to drive across town and back wasting time in travel - and he found & fixed the problem in 15 minutes which is a relief on one of the coldest days of the year! He was kind and professional and a hero to us today!

Technician was extremely polite, explained everything, taught me some preventive maintenance, and was very down to earth. Extremely polite, professional, and made sure not to let my cats out! Couldn’t recommend enough.
