I was able to get assistance late on a Friday afternoon for a garage furnace. Tyler replaced a wire and I now have heat. Thank you for your help.

Water boiler for hot water heat and household water was repaired by Darren. He not only repaired the system but showed us how to maintain/clean the system and suggested once yearly servicing.

Our a/c went out last night. I called this morning and was advised someone would be out between 3-4. Darren was on time, if not early! He checked everything, advised me what had happened, what he could do to fix it and then continued to fix all he said he would and explained in detail what had happened, what he was able to fix and advise for future care. My a/c is back on and I am very grateful to Central Air Conditioning for their prompt service, friendly customer care and for Darren - he was very professional and friendly. Thank you, Central Air! We are so appreciative!

Our 1 yr old AC is leaking internally--probably from damage in shipment. Darren explained the annual service he completed and said the company would reschedule to diagnose the problem, order the replacement parts needed, and a third appointment to complete the repair.

Great experience. We lost AC and central sheet metal-was there immediately explaining our options and installed units when they said they would and on time. Heat went out at 5am heat is back on. I will not use anyone else great company

Tyler was great. Identified the problem quickly and was very upfront and honest about the issue. I have a VERY very old system and instead of simply recommending me fix it, which would be expensive, presented me with all the options. He showed concern for me not throwing a bunch of money into the unit when it might not provide a long term solution. I greatly appreciate that sort of honesty and integrity in a business.
