It was a very satisfactory installation and relational experience. Trent is a very gentle personality who worked with us at our pace. It was not high pressured or domineering. He was a delight to have in our home and to do business with. The service people were also very kind and respectful. They did a great job. We feel like we selected the right team to install our new furnace.

Central was great tp work with from start to finish. They made sure the system they quoted was the right size for our house, not just a duplicate of our old AC unit. They also gave us options for standard or a higher efficiency system. Trent made sure the job scope of work was well understood by us and them. He even came by a few days before the installation to confirm what would be happening. The installation was carefully and professionally done. Dan even put tarps down to protect our floors. Both the inside and outside work turned out great. We are very pleased with our new AC system and with Centrals emphasis on customer satisfaction.

My air conditioner was not working and since it is an older unit I was fearing the worst. Tyler came and it turns out that the company that recently installed a new thermostat had not wired it properly. Quick fix. Appreciate his professionalism. Great to work with and will use for any future needs. Highly recommend!!

Experienced and professional techs with friendly attitude. Everything you'd expect for a great billings based business with decades serving the area. The work was clean and attention paid to every detail. Would recommend to anyone as the first choice for HVAC!

I cannot thank Darren enough for his professional handling of our service call. He was wonderful. Explained what he did, what I should do next as the home owner, how to operate the thermostat to program it, and even helped me change the batteries in it.
PS. He came for the AC service, too, which was very helpful. He cleaned our hvac unit, checked the filter, gave us an estimate of the lifespan left on the unit we have from previous owners. All in all, very professional.

On time and very helpful. Located the problem promptly and provided all solutions. As a homeowner who enjoys DYI projects, it was nice to have those options as well instead of a sales men.

I called because my furnace was making a loud noise. I didn’t think I would get anyone out today. To my surprise a tech was able to come out right away. Tyler was even early for the appointment & very friendly.
