To say they went "above and beyond" for me is an understatement. I thought I was paying for a basic furnance replacement (which I did), but they ended up giving me the royal treatment and went out of their way to address EVERYTHING even remotely related to the furnance at no extra cost. Without even thinking about it, they installed a new furnance cap on my chimney, re-did the vent work for the furnance (AND my hot water heater which is attached), and even re-shaped new metal to move my furnance back a full foot to make a clear walk way for me. These guys totally proved their quality work and stopped at nothing to make sure I was taken care of every step of the way!

Our furnace quit working and they had a repair man out within 30 minutes of me calling. Dan found the problem, located the replacement parts and had our heat back on within a few hours. Dan was professional, knowledgeable and very timely...I highly recommend Central Heating & Air Conditioning!
