Crestside inspectors are always courteous, never trued to up sell when I thought I needed to replace my air-conditioner. I've used them for the past 20+ yrs. I would highly recommend them.

Crestside is the BEST. We have been dealing with a 22 year old air conditioner that had to have 2 weekend service calls in the past month for a major freon leak. Jeff and his service crew kept it going until the new unit could be installed. Jeff came out on Monday after the first call to give me a price on a Lenox HVAC system. Scheduled a day to be installed and couldn’t be happier. The installation went flawless. Rodney, Craig, and Jacob were great. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Cleaned up like they were never here. It was a big job and was done very timely. If you need service or a new installation give them a call and a chance, you will not be disappointed. Been a customer for over 20 years.

We’ve been using Crestside for our HVAC for over 15 years. Jason just did our spring ac service call and as always did an excellent job. They are a great company to do business with, by providing prompt, courteous and proficient technical support when needed.

We bought our Lennox furnace and air conditioner in 1998 from Crestside. Jason has been maintaining them for the past 11 or 12 of those 21 years. We have had very little problems with either unit. If something did happen, Crestside would be here and repair it the same day. We have been very impressed with Jason and everyone at Crestside. When the time comes to replace our system, you can bet we will buy another from them.

I’ve had Crestside Ballwin for many years and have a maintenance contract for both our air conditioner and furnace. Twice every year, I have wonderful servicemen come out who provide immediate, helpful feedback about keeping the units working at optimal level. This year, Larry came out and gave very useful information about how to help keep our air conditioner running in peak shape, including ways to help grass from being pulled into the unit so it doesn’t have to work as hard to run in those sweltering summer months. They are by far the most professional and thorough company I have ever had the pleasure of working with for yearly home maintenance.
