Crestside Ballwin Heating & Cooling

We have had a maintenance contract with Crestside for many years which I credit for extending the life of our HAC system. I know I can count on prompt and courteous service and I really like that I can request Jason so that I have continuity of service. I definitely recommend Crestside Heating & Cooling!

I bought my Furnace and AC from Crestside 13 years ago. Still running great. I get my annual spring/fall inspections and cleanings and the service techs couldn't be any nicer and professional. When the day comes, my next system will be from Crestside Ballwin.

I recently purchased a home with a HVAC system that was on life support. Jeff, the owner, came out and discussed my options, including moving the AC unit to the other side of the house since the existing unit was covering half of the walkway to my backyard. Everything went smoothly according to Jeff's plans. I am always so impressed with the work ethic of all of Crestside Ballwin's employees. The install crew was very professional, efficient and courteous. They are perfectionists at every step of the process. Called Crestside Ballwin Heating & Cooling for my yearly maintenance check. Jason arrived this morning, on time, changed my filters and checked that unit is running correctly. Have been using Crestside for 10 years!! Always have professional & friendly service!

Crestside has always been great and tonight was no exception. As I was going to bed I realized that the bedrooms were warm- sure enough no air and after hours! Larry from Crestside was on his way within 20 minutes to get me up working! If you want honest work call Crestside.

The house was at 72% humidity. I called and they came out the same day! Brad could have sold me a new dehumdifier costing me thousands but was nice enough to explain that all I needed to do was to adjust a setting on the thermostat. Later that day, Jason came out and checked my AC unit.
I've used this company for over 20 years. They are always polite, friendly, courteous. No one has ever made me feel dumb. They explain everything they are going to do. I like this company so much I recommended them to my sister.

Very quick response and had my new furnace and AC the next morning. All the employees I dealt with provided excellent customer service and left the job site clean. New equipment is working great, company is highly recommended.
UPDATE:
April 26, 2019 they returned to fill the refrigerant, because it was too cold to do it in the winter. Brian came on time and did a great job. He was quick and clean.
