We have been using Crestside Ballwin Heating & Cooling since 1999 when our new furnace and air conditioner were installed. We have them out in the spring for an a/c check and in the fall for a furnace check. Jason was just here to make sure our furnace is ready for winter. We like the convenience of the annual maintenance agreement and having the system routinely inspected to avoid unexpected issues. We are extremely pleased with their service and their employees are courteous and know what they are doing! We would highly recommend Crestside Ballwin!

We had a new A/C, furnace and humidifier installed last week and Crestside was professional in their presentation, Jeff even showed us where other bids that added items were not needed. He also took the time to explain exactly what work would be done, including how they would excavate the new spot where the A/C would be going as well as the new platform. The two men that worked on the unit were not only courteous but were also well aware of our mask policy in the house, which was greatly appreciated. Thanks Crestside for a great job.

After getting estimates for a new furnace and ac system from three different companies, we chose Crestside. Jeff took time one evening to explain in great detail how the system needs to be sized properly and the expectations of different seer ratings. We were looking for a higher efficiency system and we feel the American Standard system that Jeff recommended was the right choice. He was very personable and accommodating in helping us make an informed decision. The installers were very professional and left no mess behind. The system is much quieter than our old system and is cooling well. We are looking forward to lower utility bills. We recommend Crestside to anyone in need of a new furnace and/or air conditioner.

I have been using Crestside Ballwin for 18 years (I was given their name by a friend who had been using them at that time for 20 years) and I am extremely satisfied with all aspects of the company; their professionalism, service and attitude is outstanding from all their employees. Jason stopped by my condo on Saturday morning to check my air conditioning system for the season and as usual was timely, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company.

We recently replaced 2 HVAC systems and their skilled, hardworking and courteous crew was able to complete the large job in one day, and did not leave until all of my questions were answered. We are very pleased with our new systems and the relationship we have with Crestside.

So impressed with this company. I called on a Friday afternoon and spoke with a very friendly and accommodating woman about our AC which seemed to be working harder than usual. They couldn't get me in that afternoon but did offer Monday afternoon. Jason just left and was EXCELLENT. He was personable and professional and got right to work cleaning our unit. He even taught us a few things we didn't know. I called Crestside based on their reviews after Googling HVAC companies near me and called them based on that. I feel confident that I have found the last HVAC company I'll ever need. Nice work, Crestside! Keep it up.

I've been using Crestside Heating and Cooling for years and have always had excellent, friendly and reliable service. They have had the same technicians the entire time. I have a yearly service contract with them which
allows me the peace of mind to know the my home will always have dependable heating and cooling. Jason performed a thorough check and cleaning of our air conditioning system today, so I know we are set for another hot St. Louis summer.

Have been using Crestside for about 30 yrs.....and they are the best! Jason came today to do AC check up for Spring and was very nice, courteous, and did a great job!
