I have used Climate Masters for annual maintenance for over 30 years. They have always been responsive, fair priced, and professional. When one of our HV/AC units recently failed, they replaced that 21 year old unit with a efficient new unit. Installation was professional and they respected our walls and home. How they got that thing in there without touching a wall was amazing! Great company and people. Highly recommend!

Climate Masters was great. From the first call (first thing on a Monday morning) to fitting me into their schedule because of weather to finishing a full HVAC replacement in one week, they were a dream to work with.

Tom (the owner) personally came over to evaluate what I needed, and was so thorough and wonderful. His experience and attention to detail made me trust his team, and they did not disappoint.

The father/son team that actually did the replacement was so fast, efficient, trustworthy and clean! They were amazing and I wish I remembered their names so I could call them out here. I had to leave the house a few times while they were working and was not concerned about them in the house "unattended".

I also love the family business and family working together situation that Climate Masters has going on.

Climate Masters was the only firm that found a way to put traditional AC vents in our century home over 30 years ago. When it came time to replace the units they gave us an honest evaluation and three alternative system estimates. Couldn't be happier with their responsiveness and their careful and clean approach to installation.

I could not be happier with our 2 completely new systems we had installed by Climate Masters. We went with a split system heat pump in the attic serving our 2nd floor with Tom's whisper soft vents and a high efficiency gas furnace with AC serving our 1st floor. Tom, Doug, Scott and Ethan were prompt, friendly and professional throughout. Clean and efficient work. The system is very quiet and performing perfectly. They truly care about their work and it really shows.

Going back a while, but just found the receipt and it re-invoked my frustration. We have a couple of mini-splits that we're getting an error code. We called Climate Masters and asked if they could advise and possibly repair. They said yes so we had them out.

Well, guy shows up, nice enough, but immediately tells us he doesn't work on these and doesn't even have tools to diagnose them. Said he would get the tools needed and come back. He was sure to take the $80 visit fee, while rendering no service... basically showed up to collect the money.

So weeks go by, my wife is following up here and there. The technician keeps saying he will get around to it. Then on my wife's final follow-up he finally levels with us that it isn't worth investing in the tools to support these units... So yeah, we got charged $80 for nothing and had to do all the chasing. Leads me to believe they are mostly just going to try to get as much out of you as possible regardless if you need it. Just one story though.

We have used Climate Masters for several years. They are always very responsive and professional. They recently installed a new heating system. They always showed up on time and they did a thorough job and clean up. They even referred us to another company (which did a great job too) to remove an existing boiler that we were replacing.

I highly recommend Climate Masters. I live in a house built in 1920. My former HVAC company told me I needed a new boiler. They based their quote on the size of the 50+ year-old boiler ( no measurements and no response to my questions ). I wanted another quote. Something wasn’t right. My neighbors recommended Climate Masters whom they’ve been extremely happy with – especially last year when the temp was 10 degrees and their boiler stopped working. Climate Masters worked their schedule and fixed the boiler that day.

I contacted Climate Masters and Tom came to the house. He walked through the house and measured the rooms. He took the time to tell me what he was doing and explain what I needed. My old boiler was twice the size it needed to be! Tom was straight forward and gave me a quote for the boiler I needed.

Great communication with the office to plan the date of installation of the new boiler. The team was great on-site. A morning call to tell me they were on their way, communication during the installation, and complete clean up.

Climate Masters has installed complete HVAC systems in 2 of the previous homes that we have owned, so when the system in our current home died a few weeks ago, I naturally called them again. They were able to get my new system installed with only a 3 day wait in spite of it being mid July and even provided a loaner window unit for our bedroom to hold us over until they could install. The installation technicians were very courteous and didn’t leave a trace of dirt or debris when they left. We would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a new system for their home.

I have used Climate Masters for over 20 years. When my outdoor A/C unit needed replacing, they were very quick to offer a quote for a new air conditioning unit and furnace coil. All options were thoroughly explained and there was no attempt to sell me something I didn't need. The job was completed quickly and professionally. I would recommend this business if you need HVAC servicing.

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Tom and Climate Masters! We live in a house built in 1928 which of course has character and the challenges that come along with the age. Our air conditioner had been in the house for 30+ years and was starting to fail. I called multiple contractors out to bid the job but by far Tom was the most professional and responsive I encountered. He even brought a copy of his sketches from 30 years ago when unbeknownst to us they had installed the previous system in our house which showed attention to detail that impressed me. Our air handler and components are in our attic which in the heat of July is a challenge to work in. True to his word Tom watched the forecast for some cooler days and had his crew of Scott and Ethan at our house in the early morning to get the job done. Our house is much more comfortable and his bid was very competitive. We will be using them for years to come as service needs arise and certainly recommending them to others!
