Great company!! Definitely will use them again in the future

This is the first time I have used Comfort Experts and I was very pleased. They fixed the problem quickly and explained things in terms I could understand. The technician also caught things other companies had missed. I would definitely recommend them!!

I was frustrated that they had to cancel on me when I cleared my whole day to wait for them. However, they hurried to make it right and did a good job. Very nice folks. I will continue to call them. They also are the workplace of my longtime friend and neighbor who passed away. So, I know they believe in integrity.

I contacted Comfort Experts late yesterday afternoon due to my AC not working. They were able to squeeze an appointment in first thing the next morning for me. Our tech, Kenny, arrived on time and displayed great professionalism. He was very knowledgeable and able to diagnose my issue right away. He even gave me maintenance tips to help extend the life of my unit. Customer service was 5 star and I will definitely be using them again in the future! Thank you Comfort Experts!

Our AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year right before we were having out of town company. Comfort Experts came out immediately and determined that the old HVAC system was shot. They arranged to schedule installation of a new American Standard system within two days at a very reasonable price. The work only took four hours including cleanup and disposal of the old unit. They were friendly and professional. The new system is very efficient and will save money on our utility bills. They even arranged to register the warranty for us. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend

I noticed my furnace wasn't working on a Sunday morning (when the temperatures were going to be below zero). I called, left a message and was contacted within 10 minutes of my message. They were able to send a tech out to my house within 45 minutes of my initial call. The tech who came out was professional and was able to fix my issue. Would definitely contact them again. Great service!
