We cannot thank Blue Stream enough for all that they have done to assist us over the years. Their personal service and excellent technicians puts them right at the top.

This past week we purchased a new air conditioner and John walked us through everything so we felt comfortable with the new unit. He also made some suggestions on saving money on our bill and also assisted with some circulation issues that we had in our house.

Rob H was very professional along with his helper when they came to do an annual checkup on my furnace and air conditioner. They were friendly and did what they said they would do. I will never use another company for our HVAC needs! John came almost immediately after we called. It was obvious how concerned he was with completing the job with bitterly cold weather coming the next day. We are a large, young family and he made it his priority to get us taken care of. I'm absolutely amazed at his expertise, his prompt and efficient service and his overall kindness. Thank you SO MUCH!

They were fantastic. I called on a Wednesday evening when our furnace went out. They worked with us and came out that evening. The person we spoke to on the phone was so helpful and nice. The repair man was polite, asked what was going on, and fixed it. He even took the time to show my husband how to fix it - if we had this problem again (because we have issues with our furnace every year for some reason.) I would recommend them to anyone!

John is the best! We are long time customers, and he has always been upfront and never oversells. We had an issue on our most recent service, and John went beyond necessary to make everything work out and us be happy. I cannot recommend him any more highly!!!!

John was extremely professional. He came out and fixed out problem in less than 30 min. He also suggested some upgrades to our unit with pro's and con's and a time frame in which we should be looking to do upgrade. Overall a great experience.

We called Blue Stream after a bad experience with another company (name removed at the request of Blue Stream) and purely out of concern for our safety, Rob came out and gave our furnace system a once over. He found several things of note that (name removed) didn't even glance at. He suggested fixes for our system, whether they were urgent or able to wait on, was professional, clean, and very knowledgeable. He and the rest of Blue Stream went the extra mile and that matters.
