Rob H. was amazing in guiding us on how to use our HVAC. We had no clue such cold winters could necessitate a change in settings! He also did a wonderful job on some maintenance for our system so it would be more cold weather ready. We also receive great service when Rob comes to our house, and we love to see him!

You couldn't ask for a better company for your HVAC needs, i use them for regular system maintenance, last year John and Rob H helped me with a problem with my 18 year old furnace (thankfully finding the problem before they put on a new $600 gas valve which seemed like it was the issue but it really wasn't) and Rob C and Jeremy installed a new furnace this year, they do great work, are knowledgeable, courteous, clean up, call you back and actually show up when they say they will. I highly recommend Blue Stream Services Inc.

I called with an emergency repair need for my ac. The operator was kind, the scheduler was considerate and offered to try to schedule someone for me asap. I was shocked when they were able to get someone to me at 7:00 p.m.!! John (service pro) was so kind, talked me through everything, and presented me with options. It was low pressure, and I was back up and running in an hour! Very fast and reasonable! Will definitely call them in the future!!

Rob was phenomenal during the inspection! He was so friendly and genuinely excited that I was buying my first house. Great customer service, and he explained everything to me that he was doing and seeing.

Completely unprofessional and they sell poor quality equipment. They have their rates almost double in the last year. Customer service is rude and incompetent. Do not waste your money.
