He walked me through his evaluation after completing maintenance, took time to explain things in a way I could understand, and offered to send me multiple quotes to make things easy for me to review. Mike came out to remove the AC so roofers could replace underneath. They set us up with temporary units until the roofers were done! They let me know I was due for a service, however didn't try and upsell different unnecessary products like many do! Awesome job!

Our Heater went out on Christmas eve. We called Lampert Emergency Heating & Air Conditioning and they sent out a technician within an hour and he was able to fix it very quickly.He also took his time to explain to me what he was doing and answer my questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need.
