Techs were extremely polite, knowledgeable and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Came out to check the furnace which is part of the service and the furnace hasn't worked since they came out this morning. Was asked to look at the furnace when called for help fixing it and we are not sure what the repair man wanted us to check out. Last year the unit stopped working twice during the coldest part of winter.

Mitchell was great, professional and knowledgeable (although hes never had a ginger ale in his life). Great service!

Great service, tech was engaged and through in addressing our concerns even though the company did not install the unit. I wish I would have found them soon. Highly recommend.

I have been using Blue Stream for 8 years and have had nothing but good things to say about them every time I had them come to to my home. My latest encounter was with Mitchell. I was very surprised how knowledgeable he was about my system. He was very through in doing my system check and cleaning. I have always felt that there employees are honest and they always give me a fare deal. When they make a recommendation it’s to benefit you. I will continue using Blue Stream Heating & Cooling and highly recommend them.

We have been working with Blue Stream over the past few years for various different heating and cooling needs at both our current and previous home. To say their customer service is the best we have ever experienced would be an understatement. John, Tammy, and the rest of the great people at Blue Stream have always provided above and beyond service. When John comes to our home and sits down at the table to help us decide on our best options for a new system installation, it’s like having a member of our family give us advice. I trust his opinion that much. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance to earn your respect and business. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Blue Stream is fantastic!! Three years ago we were looking to replace our air conditioner and heater and John spent time with us and listened to the problems we had with our old system and what we wanted out of the new system. He took time to figure out exactly what we needed and presented a great package. The experience has been wonderful from the initial appointment to the present. Blue Stream is very knowledgeable and friendly putting the customer first. We have been very happy with our new system. They come out spring and fall and give the air conditioner and heater a check up. In the mean time our water heater went out and John was able to replace it very quickly. They have also fixed a faucet on the outside of the house. They are a one stop place to go for anything you need fixed around the house. I am so glad that I made the call to Blue Stream, John and his staff our wonderful!!

Mitchell did a great job. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He even cleaned the old furnace filter and put a new one in. (Something I hate to do). He reminded us about adding UVV lighting to our system and explained what it does, but did not push us to have it installed. We will definitely keep using Blue Stream in the future.

This has been an excellent company to work with. They are a smaller home-town company that personally works with you. We had to get a new furnace, water heater and a/c unit. Rob, their lead technician went over all my options and didn’t pressure me into unnecessary upgrades like other companies did while I was getting estimates. They were also cheaper than those companies on prices for equivalent items/services.

Rob and his team of technicians were a pleasure to work with, and the employees in customer service were great with keeping me updated about appointments the whole way through. They also filled out all the warranty paperwork and gave us a nicely made, convenient package with all the warranty and instructions etc. in it.

Rob also fixed a small gas leak on our water heater line in about five minutes while he was doing our initial walkthrough and estimate that a competitor said would be labor-intensive and would cost more to fix than just replacing the water heater! These are great people.

GO WITH THIS COMPANY! They are no-pressure, and don’t try to get you unnecessary products or services. You can tell they’re an honest, small-town company that will be there with you all along the way. I won’t hesitate to call them again for any HVAC, plumbing needs.
