They guys know their stuff and communicate not just with the clients but each other regarding services. Adding them to my "Will Recommend" list.

We noticed an issue with our unit and had someone out 2 days later to fix it, even around a holiday weekend.

I noticed this morning my furnace stopped blowing hot air, after changing the air filter the problem wasn't solved. I called Stay Cool on a Saturday Morning at 7am and at 12pm my furnace is back working again! Super helpful to have a great company local to O'Fallon with excellent service, quick response times, and reasonable prices. Shout Out to Cole, my technician, he was very knowledgeable and very professional. I'd recommend using this business!

Cole & Jacob were Very very professional and reached out to schedule Installation of Humidifier. I appreciated their ability to educate me on my HVAC system and how I can get the most value out of it then based on the info did go with yrly maintenance which has more value..I do recommend Stay Cool For sure…!

I have used this company on two occasions and have been very happy with their service. These young men are very professional, knowledgeable, and competent. They responded quickly to our call and provided same day service (AC was out). Jeremy was out today, identified the problem, had the part with him, and took care of the issue and cleaned/checked over any other potential problems. Jeremy is super personable and I love that he puts the paper boots on to come into the house😏 I highly recommend this company!

Jeremy came out and gave us a thorough explanation of what we were needing to replace and multiple options at different price levels. We chose to replace our AC & Furnace at the same time and his team knocked the entire job out in a timely manner and you couldn’t even tell they were here! They left the work area spotless and we now have a great working system. Highly recommend their services no matter what type of job it is.

Jeremy did a great job today! He was prompt and efficient with his work and even was willing to add on a service that wasn't originally scheduled for (installing a thermostat) and then helped me set it up. Would definitely recommend!
